"The room was immaculate, the food excellent (thanks Terry), and the place ran like clockwork (thanks Louise). We had a great view over Loch Ness and there’s a lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy drinks overlooking the Loch. "This is a wonderful place to stay. It feels like the Scottish hunting lodge it was, solid and comfortable and close to the forest. The view over Loch Ness is perfect. The staff take very good care of you. The food is excellent. The location is convenient to all the Highlands. The bed is comfortable. "This was my very first bed and breakfast so i wasnt sure what to expect. Regardless, any kind of expectations i couldve had were met and exceeded. The host is extremely welcoming and the property is absolutely beautiful. We had an extremely busy day and would leave before breakfast was served which we were fine with skipping out and grabbing something on the road. "Very nice hotel, great location to Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. Hotel Restaurant was excellent too. Nice convenient location, clean, great expedient customer service. Would stay at this hotel again in the future."

"The Highland Club is in a old abbey. I has been renovated into a modern and very comfortable place of lodging. The rooms are modern, but the facility creates a feel of being in an ancient cathedral. It was very nice. The staff was extremely nice and helpful."

"Difficile de trouver le bâtiment au milieu des autres. Il manque des panneaux pour aiguiller le client. Les voitures sont loin du bâtiment des chambres. L'enregistrement par code et boîte à clé se fait facilement. Le bâtiment est neuf, les installations sont propres, pratiques et agréables. Mais pas de plaques pour cuisiner, uniquement des micro-ondes pour réchauffer. Petit déjeuner uniquement servi de 8 à 9. Bien trop tard pour ceux qui veulent un départ matinal. "

"This was a wonderful stay. The hostess was so very kind and helpful. I loved sitting out front and enjoying the beautiful scenery. There are restaurants and shops not too far, but the best part was the walk to the loch!Highly recommend!"

"We stayed while walking the Great Glen Way, and it is right on the route. It is a large friendly hostel. Our room had two sets of very comfortable bunk beds. "

"It is a great property but don’t arrive late because there is not much communication until you arrive at the property. We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest place we have booked. "

"Ich habe nur zwei Nächte hier verbracht aber hatte eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Küche war sauber und aufgeräumt und auch wenn manche Utensilien gefehlt haben konnte man dort gut kochen. "

"We loved our stay at the Loch Ness Lodge! The whole experience was lifted to the next level by the excellent 5 star service we received from start to finish. The gentleman running the hotel was wonderful at explaining sights in the area, booking a restaurant, and giving us some great explanations about local whiskeys and how to appreciate whiskey for first-timers. The hotel felt very premium yet still cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again."
