Located right on Lake Waconia with lake access and private heated pool. Large deck offers amazing views of the lake, sunrises, sunsets, and if you are lucky, the aurora borealis. This adorable house offers plenty of space for families or groups, featuring a mix of king, queen, full, twin beds, a futon, and a pack-n-play crib. Lower level with additional family room and games. Located steps from all of what downtown Waconia has to offer. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this enjoyable retreat welcomes you with comfort and charm.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs on same level and one bedroom in the lower level. The office located on the main level has the office with futon. There is space for 15 people in "real" beds and additional room on futon and blow up mattress for a max of 17 people. The home will be stocked with the essentials, cooking equipment- including outside grill, towels, linen, pool floaties, 2 kayaks, and 2 SUPs.

The backyard offers entertainment and fun with heated saltwater pool, pool bar, deck, dock for fishing or bring your boat to tie up. A volleyball net will be available and other yard games.

Less than 2 blocks away is a park that offers courts for tennis or pickleball and full basketball court. Often there is a company that operates kayak and SUP rentals. There are many public parks in Waconia that offer different playground options for kids. There is a marina blocks away that offers boat rentals, fishing licenses & bait, and expert knowledge of the lake.

The house is walkable to downtown Waconia, which offers great boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, brewery, and more! Take a short drive to the Lake Waconia Beach for some fun in the sand or visit one of the 3 local wineries or distillery.

If you need to run to the store, we have Target, Machenthun's grocery store, Dollar Tree, and Aldi's conveniently located all within 5-10 minutes.
