OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* Smoking is prohibited on the property.
* Guest will be required to sign Rental Agreement prior to check-in.
* You`ll have exclusive use of the interior of your home and your breakfast patio. Outdoor spaces and amenities are shared with all guests in the Uptown Peach quadruplex.
* Free Guest parking is accessed via the alley behind the property. No street parking allowed.
* Guest support is available via chat during your stay.
* One pet is welcome upon request with a $50 pet fee.
* For our guests’ safety and peace-of-mind, security cameras monitor access to the property.
* There is no lock preventing access to the hot tub. Children, pets, and vulnerable adults should be supervised when around this area.
* In order to give housekeeping staff the day off, our calendar does not permit check-in on Sundays.
