Nice cozy intimate studio. Private bedroom and bath. Sleeps 4 guest with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa sleeper in the living area. Has a private back yard with grill. 2 parking spaces on driveway and additional on the street. Quit neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. Close to the all major attractions.

  • The Cameron Park Zoo in Waco, Texas is a terrific zoo! The zoo has a great range of animals and exhibits and the grounds are well kept and spacious. There's lots of shade to keep you somewhat cool during those hot Texan summer months if you visit during that time frame. The animal enclosures are nice, and can really give you great views of the animals themselves if you are a bit patient. This also makes for great photo views, as shown here with this photo of an approaching jaguar. Food and snack prices are also very reasonable, as are prices for souvenirs. This zoo makes for a great day out for the family.

Did not feel safe

My sister and I came to Waco to visit the Magnolia market. The VRBO is not located in a safe neighborhood, sheets and towels were dirty, and dog barking all night long. Called owner after first night and money was refunded. Place does look like the pictures in the photos. The only main entrance door is the only exit.

Workable But Not Great

Pictures of this property are very misleading as it's much smaller than they show. It was me and my daughter so we made it work but more than two people would be very crowded. My biggest worry was what would happen if there was a fire as there is only one door and one window and they are located side by side coming into the kitchen area . . no other way to escape. This is a remodeled garage so the driveway is long and narrow and you have to back out to the street to leave the property.

You get what you pay for, fits 2 people better than 4!

Neighborhood was close enough to all the activities we were doing in Waco. When we arrived we needed to drive behind the main house to where the redone garage was for our stay. It was a tight squeeze pulling in and out every day of the driveway which was narrow. Unfortunately it had rained so the gravel was puddles and made quite a mess in our vehicle. We walked into a smaller than expected space where the 3 of us girls had to move around the chairs and table just to walk through living room to the bedroom with our luggage etc. The kitchen amenities were lacking a little (no corkscrew or wine/glass ware, only 2 coffee cups, and the silverware was a little dirty. Bathroom with a little mirror was hard with the 3 of us girls trying to get ready. The bed was comfortable and the pullout couch was also pretty comfy(even though it was missing a pillow. The extra bedding was maybe needing to be upgraded a bit with some stains on the white sheets. Overall it was comfortable enough for our 4 night stay considering we were gone most the day. Thankfully we had a nice ac/heating unit when the weather changed. Fridge and washer and dryer were also great to have! On the last night we were able to watch a movie With Roku option on the TV.
