A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

Families - we do have a pack 'n play.

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.

This is one of the nicest properties I have stayed at, centrally located to great restaurants and popular destinations in Waco. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Waco, and we will definitely book it again the next time we travel there. 5 stars

We always love staying in this particular unit. It provides a lot of space for my husband myself, but if our freshman daughter wants to stay, there’s a very comfortable fold out couch for her. The couch has a fan, TV and is a completely different space than ours. Everybody feels like it’s our home away from home at this point The amenities are just like home and the proximity to restaurants, Fabled bookstore (yummy coffee) , and the University Itself are all very close. Sometimes we walk, sometimes we drive but Can always make it anywhere. We’re going within three minutes. The management team is absolutely incredible. Sometimes we have special requests and not only are they prompt to reply but so far they have graciously answered with a “YES “in addition to a few sweet comments about our family being able to be together. We adore this group and can’t sing their praises enough. We are coming back in October and they’re sad to say this room is already booked but now I know to book well in advance! 10-10❤️

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We knew that Waco would be a hidden gem, but the unit made the trip all the more better. The view was beautiful and everything was in walking distance. The unit was clean and decorated beautifully and had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely rent this place again.

We loved everything about this property. Parking was easy, great location, clean, and spacious. Great AC and comfortable beds. We loved watching movies and enjoying the view of Waco. The entire place was stocked with everything you need. They even had a stocked coffee bar and snacks. My teens enjoyed the games. Thank you!’n

We loved the view, location, the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Very spacious and decorated well. The unit was spotless. Cleaners did great!! This unit was one of the favorite things of our trip. We look forward to visiting again.
