Enjoy the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS at Hailey's Cottage, situated on a small family farm, just minutes from I-35 plus a short drive to all of Waco's attractions! You'll have your own private space with plenty of windows to view our farm animals, vegetable garden, chickens and ducks. AND you'll be greeted by our friendly family golden retriever, BUSTER!
You'll also find games, puzzles, books and magazines (and toys for the kids). Feel free to tour our farm or stroll down our quiet neighborhood street.

The Space:
This COMFORTABLE, PRIVATE cottage offers amenities galore!
A fully equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator, dishwasher, two-oven glass top stove and loaded with dishes and supplies.
Super comfortable QUEEN bed and KING size TemperPedic mattress fold-out sofa bed both have double sanitary MATTRESS COVERS. Fresh linens, plenty of PILLOWS (with sanitary zippered covers) and BLANKETS, and cozy THROWS are always provided. Pack and Play also available.
Dual entry bathroom boasts granite countertop and spacious, tiled, LUXURIOUS WALK-IN SHOWER with handmade soap, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush/toothpaste and lotion provided.
Complimentary COFFEE & TEA along with multiple flavored coffees. And we didn’t forget the SNACKS on the island.
There's a full sized WASHER AND DRYER for your use, including detergent and other supplies.
PLUS IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, WE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP.

Guest Access:
Your private entrance is to the left of the garage door. Two back doors lead to the back porch and yard as well.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy our quiet, no-through-traffic neighborhood of well-kept, small acreage homesteads. Perfect for walking or biking.

Getting Around:
We're only 16 minutes from Magnolia Silos. We are only 5 minutes from Homestead Heritage, an agrarian based community you can visit Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Check out homesteadheritage.com for more information.

Other Things to Note:
There are two mini-split A/C units with remote control. Adjust to your desired temperature.
We have a craft room on the second level of the cottage. If you here footsteps or soft noises from above, we're working on a project.

Interaction with Guests:
My co-host and I will be available 24 hours for problems, concerns or questions. We love to meet our guests and, when time permits, to find out more about their lives.
