We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful Lake District!
In just 5–10 minutes, you can reach the popular lakes—Lake Murner and Lake Steinberger—which promise unforgettable experiences.

Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-family home and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed. Additionally, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room—ideal for solo travelers, families, or groups.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals: an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker (filter-style—filters and coffee are not provided), a toaster, and a kettle.
A parking space is available on the property for your vehicle.

If you need a high chair or would like a place to store bicycles, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

---> For LONG-TERM BOOKINGS (more than 2 weeks), an interim cleaning is required every 2 weeks; please note the additional cost of 65 euros per cleaning. This must be paid on-site. In addition, long-term guests have access to the washing machine and dryer.

--> ALL RECREATIONAL OFFERINGS/ACTIVITIES, AS WELL AS THE LAKES, ARE LOCATED OFF-SITE BUT NEARBY. THE APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE AN OUTDOOR AREA.

We are pleased to inform you that you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay at
right in our neighborhood. Restaurants, butcher shops, a pharmacy, and a bakery are all within easy walking distance.
Enjoy Bavarian hospitality at the nearby restaurants: “Glück Auf” in town (just 110 m away) and the “Rathausstube” (350 m). For culinary discoveries, we recommend “Fenzl” in Steinberg (8.3 km), the Greek restaurant “Bistropolis” in Schwandorf (4.1 km), and the Italian restaurant “Rossini,” also in Schwandorf (5.8 km). For your grocery shopping, you can visit the Edeka in town (350 m), “ Globus ” in Schwandorf (2.3 km), Aldi (2.1 km), and Netto (4.3 km). The “Der Beck” bakery in town (1.1 km) also offers fresh bakery items for breakfast or a snack between meals.
If you’re looking for recreational activities, you’ll be spoiled for choice! The Panoramabad is just 1.3 km away, while the Schwandorf Water Park (4.0 km) and the Wild Wake Park (3.3 km) offer exciting activities. For a relaxing day by the water, Lake Steinberg (4.0 km) and Lake Murner (11.0 km) are perfect. Adventure seekers can look forward to the Movin Ground (4.1 km), Adventure Minigolf (3.3 km), and the Erlebnisholzkugel (3.7 km). The Wasser-Fisch-Natur Adventure Park (7.6 km) and ProKart Raceland (4.3 km) are also great places to visit!
Your health is also well taken care of: The Barmherzige Brüder Hospital in Schwandorf is 8.1 km away, and a medical center as well as a dentist’s office are located just 850 m from us. The local pharmacy is only 300 m away and is available to you as needed.
