Arrive, take a deep breath, and enjoy the view of the countryside: Our vacation apartment combines Bavarian coziness with a relaxing getaway in nature.

The apartment is located on the first floor and features a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with a shower. For a particularly cozy experience, you can use the private sauna for a small additional fee. Wi-Fi is free. Parking spaces are located right next to the house; a shed is available for bicycles and skis.

Your accommodation includes a small garden area with a cozy bench and a Weber grill. With a little luck, you can even spot our neighbors from the garden fence: the cows in the adjacent pasture.

Hiking and biking trails—as well as cross-country ski trails in winter—start right nearby. Lake Tegernsee is only about five minutes away. In town, you’ll find shopping options and cafés serving homemade cake; the Hoppebräu Brewery is just a few blocks away. The Margarethenhof Golf Club is in the neighborhood, and the Bad Wiessee Golf Club is less than a ten-minute drive away.
