"It’s very good the AirPort shuttle"

"El hotel es pequeño, pero las habitaciones están muy bien de tamaño, la cama cómoda, el baño amplio, la habitación nos gustó. El desayuno muy pobre, el pan muy feo, solo tomamos café. Respecto al personal, nos tocaron 3 personas diferentes en recepción, una de ellos muy grosera, volteándome los ojos, muy mala actitud."

También nos llevaron sin costo al aeropuerto. No tiene restaurante,.si quieres alimentos después de la hora del desayuno debes salir del hotel."

"They promise a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport and this does not happen. Their phone does not work (or they disconnect it) and they admit it when you finally make it to the hotel. Then on the way back to the airport I requested an 11:00 am shuttle and they never ordered it. I got to the lobby at around 10:50 and they asked me what could they do for me and I told them I was waiting for the shuttle I have requested from two different employees. At the moment they...
