"The hotel is quite basic but adequate for a couple of nights. The number code to access the room is convenient but an internal lock would have made me feel more secure. The free mini bar was great but a kettle and some tea and coffee would have been even better. The breakfast was mediocre. The hot food was barely warm and no microwave oven is available. Overall, I was happy with my stay."

Colazione dalle 7, chiedo se posso scendere alle 6.45 per partire alle 7.15, mi dicono che è impossibile perché lo chef arriva alle 7. Però possono farmi una colazione da portare via. "First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus."

"We were blown away by this gorgeous apartment! The suite was absolutely beautiful. Could not get over the stunning view that overlooked the square which was just so lovely. It had the perfect amount of amenities for our four night stay. We fell in love with Brno, and this stay definitely factored in. You will not be disappointed!"

"The room interior is quite new and the location is in the old city, close to the attractions, shops and restaurants. The down side is that it is directly about an active bar. They actually put ear plugs in the room for guest use. The what seems like a window in the photos is a second locked door, with no real window. No window to open for ventilation. When I was there there was a wet dirty stincking towel left inside the washing machine which cause the bathroom and the room to smell bad. I...
