"the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

"Description on Expedia of the property is inaccurate. This hotel is not on the beach and has no access to the beach at all. Will need to walk quite a distance to get to a nearby one which isn’t even suitable for swimming.
One star deducted for the rooftop swimming pool closing too early at 6PM which is when most guests are getting back to their rooms after exploring the city or whatever activities."

They moved me to another room, but it still smell. Old carpet causes the smell.
Breakfast is very bad. Don't cook well, not too many selection.
Staff are nice.
It is an old hotel that need to update & remodel."

"The place is rated as 5 stars on Expedia. I’m not sure how this is the case. There were bugs all over and the bedding (including pillowcases) had stains on them. I felt disgusted sleeping on the bedding. The bed was hard, my back hurt. The elevators to the unit, were disgustingly over crowded and super slow. Overall, the stay here is the worst I’ve ever experienced and feel that the photos and reviews were truly misleading. Expedia, please remove this from your listing or else you’ll lose...

"The staff were wonderful but no welcome drink as listing said. Only one coupon free drink for 3 people and have to go to the onwer store at another location to get it. The room have smell when check in. Some broken stuff but did not get fixed properly as bathroom and bedroom lock. The elevator is a nightmare, you maybe have to wait up to 20 mins."
