Everyone is always profession and they go above and beyond in exceeding customer expectations. They make my stay very enjoyable with wonderful memories. "The place is rated as 5 stars on Expedia. I’m not sure how this is the case. There were bugs all over and the bedding (including pillowcases) had stains on them. I felt disgusted sleeping on the bedding. The bed was hard, my back hurt. The elevators to the unit, were disgustingly over crowded and super slow. Overall, the stay here is the worst I’ve ever experienced and feel that the photos and reviews were truly misleading. Expedia, please remove this from your listing or else you’ll lose...

"I enjoyed the room but after eating at the morning buffet I got diarrhea and still have it days later. I only had one mela there and one in the restaurant downstairs no place else. Would I stay there again? NO!"
