The room was incredibly worn. The tiles on the floor was broken and moved when you walked on them. The door to the bathroom had punching wholes in it. We found a nail on the table in the room, which was not ours, so that was disgusting.
The staff was very nice. We could check in already around 11 so that was good.

The Termal Park was amazing and a great way to relax before heading home. The Room was large and beautiful.

The room was clean in the most basic sense of the word but the entire hotel is in a very poor state of repair. My 2 year old sliced his toe open on the wooden flooring in our room. The lift is from a time gone bye and barely functions. The bar is constantly closed as there is one member of staff running reception and the bar in the evening and they are “too busy”. Breakfast is very limited with a coffee machine that only half works, 4 croissants for around 30 people

"It is a very new hotel, which gives it a great feel aesthetically. Some of the staff (most) were excellent and helpful, especially at the front desk. A small point, the breakfast service changes from buffet one morning to menu the next, and there can be some inconsistencies on that front. The locaiton ..."
