Fully furnished and air-conditioned, it offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bright living room and an equipped kitchen. Manicured garden, sheltered terrace and African outdoor kitchen for your meals. Generator if exceptional power cut. Beaches 10 minutes away, lake 2 minutes walk away with restaurant, swimming pool and lagoon view. Airport 20 min.

The villa comprises:
• A warm living room with sofa, armchairs and TV area
• A fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 people
• A master suite with double bed and dressing room
• Two comfortable bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe
• Two modern bathrooms with closed shower and sink
• A sheltered terrace with dining table for 6 people
• A well-kept and fully equipped garden fenced in
• A generator in case of an exceptional outage
• An African outdoor kitchen ideal for grilling and barbecues

The city is closed, lit all night and monitored by guards 24 hours a day. Garbage collection is carried out 2 times a day, morning and evening.

If a power cut occurs exceptionally, the accommodations are equipped with a generator to ensure your comfort in all circumstances. When it is in operation, all sockets and lights work, only the air conditioning of the master bedroom is maintained, however we have 2 fans for the other 2 bedrooms.

PGJyPgA recharge for normal use of electricity and air conditioning will be provided to you depending on the length of your stay (3500 FCFA / day). If you need to recharge (at your own expense), please contact the Host on site, Mr Didier Wadji (all the contact details are given to you in the welcome booklet that awaits you in the villa).

We have a cot and various accessories, high chair, bathtub and potty.

Regarding cleaning, if you do not wish to do so, please tell us, we can bring someone to do it for you.

For information, the gardener is likely to come by during your stay to water the lawn and plants in the garden.

Finally, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa which is exclusively intended for quiet stays. Parties and organized events are strictly prohibited.
