The perfectly furnished areas are divided as follows:
1) First floor: kitchen with snack area (ice maker, 15-inch TV) and bathroom;
2) first floor: living room (king-size sofa bed, 55-inch TV, reading area);
3) second floor: bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet.

Guest Access
Check-in is conducted in person; direct access via a key located in the “security box” outside the house is permitted only in exceptional cases. Upon request, assistance is provided upon arrival, including help with parking rental cars, etc.
