"The night-shift receptionist was extremely rude and strange. I came to the hotel to check in and said hi, but he didn't even look at me. After 1-2 minutes, he turned to me and asked what I wanted in a very rude way. What do you think I want? I have my luggage with me and am waiting for you to check me in. The room wasn't very clean, but it was okay. Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was very old, but the cleaning staff was nice though. "

"The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was no water bottles in the room, which would have been nice to have. Also on Expedia, during booking I narrowed my search to show hotel with shuttle to airport and this one was the only one but when I checked in I was informed there was no airport shuttle. The only reason I booked was for the shuttle service, otherwise I would have booked closer to the airport. "
