"Celebrated my birthday with friends at the hotel with a long spa weekend. Relatively easy to get to- Lugano Station has plenty of taxis or uber availability if you don't want to wait for the bus. "Location was good. The bed was unfortunately so uncomfortable, we both woke up with bad backs. Would say it needs a new mattress. No tv or air-conditioning so did get hot in the room."
