    The beautiful Villa Brioni is located in Peroj. The property offers an ideal vacation for friends or families who want to enjoy it close to the beach on the beautiful blue Adriatic Sea.
    Villa Brioni can accommodate 6 + 1 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The outdoor area includes a large green garden with pool where you can relax and enjoy the Istrian sun in complete privacy. There is an outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill on the terrace. Here you can prepare delicious meals or simply enjoy a glass of good Istrian wine. The property offers a wonderful sea view and is perfect for breakfast with family or friends while enjoying the beautiful Istrian sunset over the Adriatic. The Villa Brioni is air-conditioned and has WLAN Internet access, private parking for 3 cars and offers everything for a pleasant holiday. It is very close to the beach and the city center.
    The beautiful Villa Brioni is located near Fažana, a charming little Istrian fishing village in the southwestern part of Istria. Fažana offers the beautiful crystal clear blue Adriatic Sea, unspoiled nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during the summer months: Škola soljenje sardele (the school of Sardinian salting), Mehr na stolu (the sea on the table), Ča ribari znaju (What the fishermen can), Fešta od sardela (the sardine festival) ... From Fažana you have the opportunity to go by boat and visit the Brioni Islands, the fabulous national park. You can play golf in the Brioni Islands. Fazana is just 10 km from Pula, a city rich in cultural heritage known for its Roman amphitheater. In the immediate vicinity of Villa Brioni there are shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and beaches. You can either enjoy swimming, snorkeling or trying out various water sports on the first beach.

An dieser Villa inklusive Gastgeber und Umfeld gab es nichts zu kritisieren. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub für alle vier Teilnehmer. Auch für unseren verwöhnten Hund.

Wunderschönes Haus in Traumlage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, die Lage und die Aussicht aufs Meer sind einfach traumhaft. Würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Vermieter war supernett und jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen.

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es war alles super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der tolle Pool ist ein Highlight und sehr gepflegt. In der Nacht war er sogar beleuchtet. Die Sicht auf das Meer,vom oberen Stockwerk ist mega. Jeden Tag , wenn wir vom Strand, oder Ausflügen heimgekommen sind, haben wir uns über den Anblick von den Olivenbäumen, mit dem Blick aufs Meer gefreut. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem hat man Alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe und fußläufig gut erreichbar. Bäcker, Gemüseladen, kleinen Shop für z.B. Badeschuhe, ein kleiner Konzum und natürlich den Strand. Ebenfalls tolle Lokalitäten sind in der Nähe. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei und brauchten nicht mal unser Auto. Fazana ist in ca 10 Minuten erreicht und auch Pula, kann man super mit dem Rad erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er war jederzeit erreichbar über WA und wohnt in der Nachbarschaft, ist aber absolut nicht aufdringlich.Rundum, ein perfekter, erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder

Srdjan ist ein sehr netter und lustiger Gastgeber – stets hilfsbereit, freundlich und darum bemüht, seinen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und zuverlässig.Alles, was während unseres Aufenthalts erledigt werden musste, wurde so unauffällig und rücksichtsvoll durchgeführt, dass wir uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt gestört fühlten. Der Pool wurde täglich und sehr diskret gewartet, sodass jederzeit alles sauber und in einem hervorragenden Zustand war.Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Räume bieten ausreichend Platz, sodass man sich auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt rundum wohlfühlt. Besonders angenehm ist die ruhige Atmosphäre auf dem Grundstück.Man hat viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre, auch wenn rundherum das normale Leben der Einheimischen stattfindet. Dadurch erhält man einen authentischen Eindruck der Umgebung, ohne auf Erholung und Entspannung verzichten zu müssen.Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wer eine entspannte Unterkunft mit einem engagierten Gastgeber sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Haus, der Pool, die Lage im Ort und fußläufig zum Meer alles perfekt für eine wunderbare Urlaubszeit. Der Vermieter sehr nett, der Pool wurde täglich gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Mit den Kindern sind wir auch oft zum Strand gelaufen, dort Wasserhüpfanlage und Strandbars.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage, toller Meerblick vom Obergeschoss und kurze Wege zum Strand sowie nach Peroj oder Fazana. Das große Grundstück ist ein etwas ungepflegt wirkender Olivenhain und kaum zu nutzen. Sehr nette Betreuung durch den Eigentümer.

Very nice

the house was very nice. the host was very hospitable. He was accommodating to requests. He even got a fish grill on request. the pool is very nice. the air conditioning works. srdjan is a very good host. we will come back. I can only recommend it. the whole house is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. thanks again for everything. Best wishes, Janni

Fint och lugnt med egen pool

Ett fint ställe med egen pool. Tre bra sovrum alla med dubbelsängar. Vi frågor eller funderingar svarar värden snabbt. Det var lite snålt tilltaget med vinglas, bestick, formar till ugn, skålar etc. för att räcka till vid matlagning och för 6 personer men säger man till så fixar värden det som saknar. Jag sa inte till om allt som jag tyckte saknades, då vi bara var 4 så det fungerade ändå. I övrigt var allt toppen!

Tolle Villa

Klasse Villa am Ortsrand von Peroj. Die Villa ist freistehend, umgeben von Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf das Meer. Die kleinen Läden und Restaurants von Peroj sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso das Meer (keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Villa verfügbt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder sowie einer separaten Toilette. Die Küche ist großzugügig, offen gestaltet und war sehr gut ausgestattet (Kaffemaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Töpfe etc.). Auch die nötigsten Utensilien zum Kochen waren bereits vorhanden. Der Pool sowie der Holzkohlegrill waren ein echtes Highlight. Auch Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme waren ausreichend vorhanden. Unser Gastgeber Srdjan war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, jederzeit zu erreichen und hatte auf Wunsch stets einen gute Empfehlung für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiteremfehlen und werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Großzügiges Haus in guter Lage

Das großzügige Haus ist gut und hochwertig ausgestattet ! Falls etwas fehlt, ist der Vermieter per Whats app jederzeit erreichbar und schnell vor Ort. Er wohnt nebenan. Der Pool wird einmal pro Woche gereinigt. Nach einer Woche gibt es auch frische Bettwäsche. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Zum Kiesstrand mit Bar kann man in ca 15 Min laufen. Der Strand dort ist sehr schön für Kinder! Das Haus besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Pool, einer großen Wohnküche mit Essbereich und Zugang zur Poolterasse und zur Küchenterasse mit Esstisch und Grill. Eine große Dusche und extra WC sind auch im Erdgeschoss. Im 1. Stock sind 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder! Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kind dort! Nach einem Ausflug oder Baden im Meer war es sehr erholsam am Haus mit Klimaanlage und Pool! Zu empfehlen!

A Fabulous week on the Istrian peninsular

This villa is beautiful and well equipped. Located on the edge of the quiet village of Peroj. The host is so helpful and kind, and speaks excellent English & 4 other languages. He was quick to answer any questions we had.The bedrooms are great, with aircon and balconies with amazing views. The lounge has a large TV with Netflix and Youtube, so entertainment is readily available. The pool is beautifully clean and there are a number of seating areas inside and out to sit as the sun swings over the house. Sun loungers and parasols are provided pool side. One of the seating areas boasts a brick built bbq.The villa has its own entrance with ample parking.Our stay was perfect, thank you for sharing your villa with us!Location:It is a 10 minute stroll down the hill to the beach where there is a bar, and parking if you want to drive. It is possible to walk along the seafront for miles, and in about 40minutes you can walk to Fazana, a lovely port town with many places to eat. You can drive there in 5 minutes, and there’s good parking, although like most of the area you have to pay to park. There are boat excursions available from the port, including evening trips to go around the islands and spot dolphins. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins many times during the 1.5-2 hour trip.Pula is about 15-20 minutes south, where there are many dining and shopping opportunities, and the colosseum is well worth a visit. Stefan and the happy birthday gang

The vacation was really great and relaxing. The view of the sea was amazing. We can highly recommend the house of Srdan. Srdan is a great host. A coffee from the master bedroom bed is a morning chore.

Grandioses Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten in dem großzügigen Ferienhaus eine tolle und erholsame Woche. Das Haus bringt alles mit, was es für gelungene Ferien braucht. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmer-Balkon ist atemberaubend und man kann problemlos den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringen. Wenn die Sonne mal nicht scheint, sind Rovinj und Pula für einen Ausflug nicht weit weg.

Wunderschönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten hier zwei tolle Wochen. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft, da der Strand zu Fuß wirklich in knapp 10 min erreichbar ist.

Traumhaft für den privaten Urlaub

Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen und ist ideal für einen privaten Familienurlaub abseits des Touristengetümmels. Gerade mit einem Kleinkind hat man alles was man braucht vor Ort. Die Vermieterfamilie ist gleich nebenan, sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer einen Tipp parat. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, ursprüngliche Natur, Kultur und Kulinarik sind aber schwer zu finden. Wer es schafft sich den Touristenspotts fern zu halten, kann die istrische Gastfreundschaft und Küche aber in vollen Zügen genießen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wegstrecke zum Strand fußläufig 20 -25 Minuten.

Großartiger Urlaub

Die Lage mit kurzem Gehweg zum Meer und einem Olivenhain, der Platz für Frisbee, Volleyball und Federball bietet ist sehr gut. Der Ausblick von der Poolterrasse wird nur noch vom Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon übertroffen. Der Pool bietet für drei Kinder ausreichend Platz zum tauchen und toben mit dem Papa. Tolle Grillabende auf der Küchenterrasse haben dann wieder zur Stärkung beigetragen. Vielen Dank auch nochmals an den überaus freundlichen Vermieter. Das Haus ist nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Fabulous holiday home in Istria

I was lucky enough to spend 6 weeks at the villa combining work and holiday. It was what I hoped for and more - definitely recommended for large groups/families. This is a very quiet and safe location, the villa is well equipped with everything you need and the local area is wonderful - amazing beaches - with stunning sunsets every evening. Peroj is a charming village with very good local services - bakery, greengrocer, fish stall, good pizzeria. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend enough - you will have an amazing holiday here.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir waren mit unseren Ferienhaus in Peroj rundum zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden was unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit für Fragen und Infos erreichbar. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in diesem Haus für 2 Wochen, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Poolbereich und einen tolle Sitzecke mit Grill. Von den oberen Zimmern hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das Grundstück hat eine tolle Lage am Meer, welches gut zu Fuß in 15min erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen! Danke, Familie Banko für den tollen Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus!

Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Villa

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen; alles ist vorhanden. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Vor allem der Pool und der traumhafte Sonnenuntergang, den man vom oberen Balkon erleben kann, sind echte Highlights. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Villa würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie anderen Urlaubern nur empfehlen.
