VILLA MATTEA - pool, tavern and outdoor whirlpool

Detached house with a pool, tavern (auxiliary facility) and garden area of 1000 m2, gives you a pleasant and relaxing holiday. It's situated on location from which you can easily and quickly get to nearby beaches or another turistic sites such as the Fazana, Peroj, Rovinj, Medulin, Premantura and such other.

The auxiliary facility is covered, if necessary, enclosed space, separated from the main building with kitchen, bathoroom and play area. Apart from table football, guests will have the opportunity to have fun playing table tennis and darts game. Outer space suitable as a bowling alley.

In 2020 we enrich the amenities with a Spa whirlpool.

Each new group of guests will be welcomed with homemade cakes and welcome drink.

Parking is provided at the location of the holiday home, three parking places covered only for guests use.

It is certainly worth a visit and other places of peninsula if you really want to feel the spirit of Istria, its history, gastronomy and various summer events.
Certainly visiting Pula, your impressions will not leave you indifferent over its history which starts before about 3000 years.

Villa Mattea consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, kitchen, living room and three covered terraces. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room are on the ground floor, while the remaining two bedrooms and a bathroom are situated upstairs. All rooms are connected by internal stairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with access to a terrace and an outdoor area where are table, chairs and barbecue. The layout of the rooms allows complete privacy for all guests. The pool is regularly maintained and cleaned.
From our vacation house you can quickly arrive in the neighboring Pula, Fazana, Medulin, Peroj, Krnica, Premantura, so that swimming in the pool you can supplement with the sunbathing and swimming at the beach, either rocky or sandy.
