Beautiful villa with pool

In Vodice beautiful two-year-old 2 br. Whg. (60m2) with two balconies with sea views. 12 min. from the beach. Pool with outside shower and barbecue area to share. Parking, bike and final cleaning included. Center only 700 meters away.

The apartment is located in a quiet, child-friendly environment. Equipped with air conditioning and satellite television, it offers a very high level of comfort. From the balcony you have a great view over the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, as well as the many offshore islands and the Kornati National Park - an Eldorado for water sports.

The offer in Vodice is really big and varied: sports fields, water sports, diving and surfing schools, discos, various restaurants and small taverns (so-called. "Konoba"), where you can eat and drink, children's playgrounds and the like. Directly in the village there is a large yacht marina, and in the immediate vicinity there are two national parks, which are rich in natural beauty and landscapes, these would be: Krka National Park and National Park Kornati. Also nearby is the Vrana Lake (Vransko jezero) Nature Park, with the habitat of bird-water carriers, the unique Falcon Center, the island of Prvić, the town of Skradin, which is a jewel of cultural and historic heritage, and the ancient Croatian town Šibenik, where daily excursions are organized.

Schöne Wohnung. Waren 4 Personen hier.Pool ist natürlich toll für die Kidz.Gute Ausstattung der Küche War alles da was man braucht.Vielleicht braucht man mehr Teller.Wir hatten nur 6 Stück [also 6 kleine und 4 grosse Teller]und müssten tägl. den vorhandenen Geschirrspüller benutzen.Die Gastgeberin ist aufgeschlossen, sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit für die Gäste da, auch per Whatsapp.Gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln.Ist empfehlenswert.

Geräumiges Appartment

Wir waren die einzigen Mieter in dem Haus und hatten den Pool ganz für uns, was wirklich schön war. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, wodurch wir sehr viel die Gegend erkundet haben. Die Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Balkone sind sehr geräumig. Das Bad ist von der Größe her in Ordnung,wenn immer nur einer es nutzt. Die Dusche ist für etwas beleibtere Personen etwas klein. Die Küche ist im Flur angesiedelt und beinhaltet das Notwendigste, aber wir hatten sowieso nicht vor umfangreich zu kochen. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich beim Vermieter, was für uns jetzt kein großes Problem war. Es konnte schnell ein Termin für die Benutzung gefunden werden. Wir hätten eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer bevorzugt,diese ist aber nur im Wohnzimmer. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super und es konnte immer alles schnell und reibungslos geklärt werden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr netter Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und hat zwei Balkone. Von einem kann man das Meer sehen. Der Pool war immer sauber und gepflegt. Iwan ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und hat uns tolle Tipps für ein Restaurant gegeben. Wir haben die Grillecke sehr genossen.bis zum Meer sind es 900 Meter.

Unsagbar schön!

Der gesamte Aufenthalt bei Ivan und Lilly war perfekt. Die nettesten Vermieter, die wir je hatten! Sie kamen allen Wünschen nach, versorgen uns mit Tipps und Tricks der Umgebung, wir konnten umsonst Wäsche waschen und Räder ausleihen. Strände und Zentrum in der Nähe, im Apartment Ruhe und Erholung. Nur der Berg zur Wohnung ist das einzige Manko, dass mir jeden Abend die Puste ausging😂

Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr familienfreundlich und sehr gute Lage!

Meine erste Bewertung! Für uns hat alles prima gepasst! Ivan und Lilly waren sehr gute Gastgeber, die auch sehr bemüht waren uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen!! Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und die Balkone wurden von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Der Pool wurde von uns auch mit Begeisterung genutzt und die Entfernung zum Meer war perfekt. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in Kroatien in Vodice!! Vielen herzlichen Dank an Ivan und Lilly! Wir kommen wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!! Familie Sp.!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben die Zeit hier in Vodice sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und die Lage war top, zum einen schön ruhig, aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten vom Hafen und wunderschönen Stränden entfernt. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer aus ist traumhaft. Zudem haben uns der Pool und die Gartenlaube mit Holzofengrill besonders gut gefallen. Vor allem aber ist die Gastfreundlichkeit des Besitzers Ivan Zaja hervorzuheben, er war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen und wir haben uns über die kurze Zeit sehr mit ihm angefreundet. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen! 😊🙏

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Vodice ist ein tolles altes Hafenstädtchen. Abends ist dort viel geboten, für junge Leute perfekt. Herr Zaja ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch, der sich sehr bemüht hat, dass wir einen schönen Aufenthalt haben.

It was a perfect apartment and Vodice is a nice place

Hi, We came a little late on a saturday because of the hard trafic, But it was now problem for Ivan. It is a nice apartment on the 2nd floor, with 2 bedroom, a bathroom, and a Livingroom together with kitchen. The apartment have enough of place for our family with 2 adults and 3 children. We lived in the apartment that have seaview from on me of the balcony (the apartment have 2 balconys) and also view over the poolarea. Ivan is a very good host. He clean the pool and the poolarea and around the house is clean and we thougt that it has everything that we needed! The city is about 1000 m from the house and we walked down with our family almost every evening. The nearest beach is maybe 1200 m and we also walked down there every day. We are coming back again.

Séjour très agréable

Toller Urlaub in der Villa Filip

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, der Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus traumhaft. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr geliebt, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Auch die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist klasse, man geht wenige Minuten in das schöne Städtchen Vodice mit seinen süßen Gassen, den Häfen und Stränden. Auch am Strand gibt es tolle Attraktionen für Kinder, u.a. einen Aquapark. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit unseres Vermieters Ivan Zaja, der mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand! Er hat uns sogar zum Automechaniker begleitet und auch bei der weiteren Regelung der Reperatur geholfen. Seine Empfehlungen bei der Suche nach Restaurants o.ä. waren immer top! Ein Urlaub in Vodice in dieser Ferienanlage ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Also bei diesem Objekt war alles perfekt die Hausherrin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wohnung mit außen Anlage mit Pool sehr ordentlich und sauber . Wir als 5 Köpfige Familie würden die Ferienanlage nochmal besuchen wenn es wieder nach Vodice geht . Sehr sehr sehr schön dort vom 10.08.19-21.08.19 Grusse Redzepi

The property is even better than the pictures! It is bigger than it looks and has everything in it that you need for a lovely stay. The pool is clean and the villa was sparkling clean when we arrived. Filipa and Lila were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The property is located a short walk from the bustling town so you have the best of both worlds - loads to do in the harbour and a peaceful stay at the villa. Highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Domizil in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist nach gutem, mitteleuropäischem Standard gebaut. Sie ist prima Ausgestattet und entsprechend gepflegt. Der Bereich am Pool lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen, zumal die Vermieter nicht nur sehr nett sind, sondern die Betreuung auch hervorragend funktioniert.
