Vacaciones en Vlasianá

The toilet seat was broken, and we had to wait half a day for it to be fixed. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and we couldn’t get a 5G signal at all. The soundproofing in the room was awful. On our last night, a couple staying in the room above us were fighting and shouting, waking us up at 4 a.m. We informed the manager, but he was unable to resolve the situation. As a result, the noise, shouting, and arguing continued, and we weren’t able to fall back asleep. Since it was our check-out day, we asked if it was possible to extend our stay in the room. The manager said they could only extend it by one hour, which wasn’t helpful. In the end, our entire day before the flight was ruined because we were exhausted from the lack of sleep. A few more downsides: It takes more than an hour to get to Chania from the hotel, and the bus is usually overcrowded. There are no shops nearby. On the positive side, the area is very peaceful, the beach is within walking distance, and the food offers a good variety to suit different tastes. Other than that, it’s pretty much the same as any standard all-inclusive hotel.

Πολύ όμορφο και καινούριο ξενοδοχείο, σε εξαιρετική και κεντρική τοποθεσία στον Πλατανιά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και η καθαριότητα άψογη. Το πρωινό είναι καλό. Επίσης, κάποιες μικρές πρακτικές λεπτομέρειες, όπως μια βάση δίπλα στον νιπτήρα για τις οδοντόβουρτσες και τα προσωπικά αντικείμενα, θα έκαναν τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο άνετη και θα προστάτευαν και την ξύλινη επιφάνεια από την υγρασία. Θα το επισκεπτόμασταν ξανά!
