"Talbot House is an experience. The common areas (living room, dining room) invite exploration, The English garden is quite beautiful. The continental breakfast was good. The bedrooms are attractive and comfortable, each equipped with a sink. There is one bathroom per floor and it is shared by all staying on that floor."

"Old building that has been well maintained and kept the original look. We were put in the more modern portion to accommodate 3 of us. Pleasantly surprised with the open air museum and proximity to most WWI sites."

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Ypres, close enough to the Menin Gate to hear The Last Post if you leave the window open. Staff are great, really helpful and the breakfast is awesome. Bonus points for the bed being big enough to play tennis on. This was our second visit and we're due back there at the end of this week."

"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

"Nice room with lots of space and A/C. Comfortable bed. Convenient access and plenty of free parking. Restaurant okay but noisy in the bar. Food was edible, not great. Very convenient location near the motorway."

"Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn, weshalb der Verkehr deutlich zu hören ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber angenehm. Die Anlage selbst ist schön hergerichtet und sehr grün. Das Hotel ist absolut familientauglich, denn es gibt einen Spielplatz draußen sowie ein Spielzimmer drinnen. Das Frühstück war einwandfrei und sehr lecker. Besonders hat uns aber der sehr nette und zuvorkommende Service gefallen."

"From the moment we entered, the service was amazing. The staff bent over backwards to assist. Gave us a map, booked us a taxi , etc. the rooms were modern and emaculate. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was in the center of the historic district and easy to get to all the sites we wanted to experience"

"Für ein Low-Budget-Hotel wirklich überraschend gut! Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war praktisch und man konnte vieles schnell erreichen. Natürlich darf man bei dem Preis keinen Luxus erwarten, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder eine günstige Reise. Würde ich wieder buchen."
