If you are looking for a large and modern villa that can accommodate up to 14 people and has a large pool, then look no further. Villa Grande Barbara offers all this and more. This villa has been designed with all modern architectural principles in mind, specifically using glass, steel and reinforced concrete to make it both a work of art and a fully functional vacation destination. The villa's garden is spacious and features a large pool as well as an outdoor chess set. Take a dip in the pool or soak up the sun on the sun loungers around the pool. There is also a covered dining area in the garden where you can prepare meals on the barbecue. On hot summer days, relax with family and friends in the shade of the covered terrace. On the first floor of the villa there is a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. In the basement you will find a billiard room and a room with a projector where you can watch your favorite series on a large wall. You can relax in a total of seven bedrooms. Two of them are on the second floor, two on the second floor and three on the mezzanine, one of which is the master bedroom. Three bedrooms are doubles and four bedrooms are singles. All but two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms share a large bathroom, each having its own access to the bathroom. This villa is perfect for that vacation with family and friends you've been dreaming of. Villa Grande Barbara is not a party house and is located on the edge of a small Istrian village, surrounded by peaceful and picturesque nature, away from the tourist attractions. Would you like to explore the surrounding area? Istria's road network is excellent. Visit the best towns on the coast and inland Istria, which are only a short drive away through the beautiful Istrian countryside. Every kilometer will enchant you. You can plan day trips to the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec or head inland and explore Motovun, Groznjan and Vodnjan. Each of these places is rich in cultural heritage and historical monuments that you can spend hours exploring. The Brijuni National Park is only a short boat ride away from Pula. Try to visit it and enjoy the beautiful nature. Are you a foodie? The nearest restaurant where you can explore local Istrian cuisine is just a few minutes' walk from the villa. The area is known for excellent truffles, so phenomenal umami meals are guaranteed.
