This welcoming apartment in Vitoria-Gasteiz is designed for up to 4 guests and stands out for its extra-long terrace with open views over the city and surrounding area. Inside, the space is bright, practical and easy to enjoy, with a comfortable living and dining area featuring a sofa, TV and everything you need to settle in.

The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and longer stays, with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and other essentials.

The apartment has two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed with two single beds. Both bedrooms open directly onto the terrace, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor feel and making the most of the natural light and views. Outdoor furniture on the terrace makes it a great spot for breakfast, reading or simply enjoying the fresh air.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and can be accessed easily by lift. Guests have access to one free private parking space for a car, as well as a separate bicycle parking space.

Located in the Salburua area of Vitoria-Gasteiz, the apartment sits in a quieter residential part of the city, well suited to guests who want more space and a calmer atmosphere without feeling disconnected. The city centre is around 30 minutes on foot, about 7 minutes by car, and roughly 28 minutes by public transport, making it easy to enjoy Vitoria at your own pace.

There is also a children’s play area and park nearby, which adds extra convenience for guests travelling with children.

One of the biggest advantages of this area is its closeness to the Salburua wetlands and green spaces, one of Vitoria-Gasteiz’s best-known natural attractions. Salburua forms part of the city’s famous Green Ring, a network of parks and natural areas that surrounds the city and gives Vitoria its distinctive balance of urban life and nature. It’s a great base not only for exploring Vitoria itself, but also for day trips to Bilbao, San Sebastián or Logroño, all reachable in around an hour by car.

The apartment offers free WiFi and heating for a comfortable stay throughout the year. Please note that the property does not have air conditioning.

The accomodation is suitable for a maximun of 4 guests.

The accommodation is equipped with:

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
