Outdoors, large paved areas and a spacious covered porch with a dining table invite guests to enjoy convivial moments and al fresco meals immersed in the quiet of the countryside.

Designed to offer a stay dedicated to well-being, the villa provides its guests with a private heated and fenced swimming pool (10 m x 1.40 m). In winter, it is enclosed by a transparent cover and kept at 32°/35°, while in summer it opens completely and is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, becoming a perfect corner for relaxation.

Completing the experience is an 80 sqm gym located on the ground floor and equipped with 20 state-of-the-art machines, ideal for those who want to stay fit even while on holiday. Both the pool and the gym are available year-round from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., included in the stay upon reservation at reception.

For electric vehicle travellers, a dedicated charging station is available upon request as an extra service. The villa is also powered by photovoltaic panels, highlighting its sustainable spirit and commitment to environmental respect.

The entire property is under video surveillance, including common areas and the uncovered private parking area with capacity for up to 10 cars, ensuring a high level of security. The double fencing surrounding the villa provides additional tranquillity and privacy.

The owners live in the adjacent building, with fully independent entrance and outdoor spaces, offering assistance when needed while always ensuring maximum privacy.

Villa Monterazzano is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 17 guests. It has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Each bedroom is designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience. You will find a 32-inch tv with national and international channels, window screens, a spacious wardrobe, and a safe to securely store your personal belongings. A hairdryer, fast Wi-Fi, and a modern underfloor heating and cooling system with ducted dehumidification ensure a perfect indoor climate in any season.

The property features a fully keyless system: both the rooms and the main entrance can be opened using a numeric keypad, allowing guests to access independently without the need for traditional keys.

Every space is furnished with essential elegance, featuring relaxing tones that envelop the environment in a welcoming and refined atmosphere.

Upon request and with advance booking, 1 high chair is available free of charge and up to 5 baby cots are available for an extra fee. Small pets are allowed upon request and for an extra fee.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; final cleaning; use of the pool and gym (subject to availability and reservation at reception).

Excluded from the price: Electric car charging service; international breakfast (10.00€ per person per day, to be booked before check-in); baby cots (upon request and with advance booking - 15.00€ per night each); other additional services upon request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
