"The amenities they advertise do not exist. There was no room service/in-room dining. The coffee shop/Starbucks advertised daily hours of 6:30-11am. Only one time in 4 days was it actually open. Check-in process took 2 1/2 hours. The elevators were so rickety, all passengers joked that we may not survive this elevator ride, and crossed our fingers not to die. "Place its ok I guess staff are really rude and disrespectful plus the language barrier with the front desk lady is stressing not being able to communicate with them also once I arrived at the hotel they had overbooked and had more people coming in with pay reservations than Rooms available had to wait in my car for about 35mins because they couldn’t decide if I was getting my money back or not place behaves like tfs lots of people leaving frustrated because they didn’t get a room or a refund...
