This is a great place because it is really well located! Walking distance to restaurants and old town. The place was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good (continental). We would definitelly recommend it and stay again if back.

Highly Recommend! The hotel is in the most convenient place, right on the edge of the Old Town, making it perfectly located. As soon as you step outside, you have restaurants right, left and in front of your - so literally having the Old Town vibe on the hotel doorstep. The main mosque is 30 second walk 😎 We travelled my car, and although it’s very busy when you arrive through the 1 way street, the hotel does have private parking spaces for its residents on the side street (a big plus) Just let them know when you arrive and the staff direct you to the spot. The hotel receptionists were amazing, thank you to both the female and male staff. Super friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and modern, not the biggest but more than good enough. Wi-Fi worked great too! Breakfast was a a mix of traditional Bosnian food and European Continental; which suited us to a treat 👌👌 All in all, highly recommended because this hotel will be hard to beat in terms of location and the friendly staff! I would definitely be staying here again when I return to Sarajevo!

Excellent location. Even better the staff! Super friendly and helpful. If I go back to Mostar, will not even check another place for stay. I already know where I will be at.

Unfortunately, our stay from 25–26 was a very disappointing experience. * The night before, a receptionist told us they would try to have one of the rooms ready by 11 AM, without mentioning any fee. When we arrived, we were suddenly told that early check-in would cost €60, although the room had already been paid for. * We left our luggage and went out, but had to handle it ourselves as there was no porter available. * We returned at 2 PM. The receptionist took our passports and told us to wait 15 minutes, but we waited around 45 minutes. One of the two rooms was still not properly ready. * One of the housekeepers was shouting hysterically in the corridors and rooms, which was extremely uncomfortable and frightening, especially as we were travelling with a child. * When we asked her to open the sofa bed for the third guest, she ignored us, so we had to call reception. She then shouted at us for leaving the balcony door open, even though we had opened it because of the smell. * There were papers and rubbish inside the sofa. Instead of disposing of them properly, she took them out and threw them onto the balcony in front of us. The bedding she provided was also not clean. * The parking system was extremely confusing. We were given a paper parking ticket instead of a proper guest card. My brother left and returned using the same ticket, and the porter let him back in without explaining that a new ticket was required. * The next day, the ticket did not work when we tried to leave
