On the ground floor of Villa Aria, there is a single open-plan common space which consists of a spacious living room with a large and comfortable seating area and a multimedia centre that will provide entertainment and relaxation for all the guests. There is also a well-equipped kitchen which doesn’t fall short of anything and a dining area in which you can enjoy a tasty meal. Additional relaxation is offered by an extra seating area where you can relax to your favourite book with a direct view of the swimming pool. If you wish, you can also bring your furry friends to Aria villa as they are more than welcome. Villa Aria boasts a unique interior design as well as a combination of luxury and a bold mix of style and form so you will feel comfortable and relaxed at any time during your stay.



Each of Villa Aria's bedrooms is decorated in a different style, from romantic to urban and elegant, and they can accommodate up to 10 guests in total. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a comfortable and spacious bed for a good night’s sleep, air conditioning and TV. Guests can also use up to 4 bathrooms equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a hairdryer and toiletries.



The exterior of Villa Aria features a spacious courtyard of 630 m2 with abundant space to relax surrounded by lush greenery. The covered terrace is equipped with a kitchenette, a dining area and a barbecue area. The villa also features a large swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers which will be perfect to cool off on a warm summer day. The villa's garden is surrounded by a fence throughout, which will guarantee you the privacy you need. An added bonus of this villa is the indoor spa with jacuzzi, which you can enjoy regardless of the weather.



Villa Aria will also provide you with a very attractive basement area with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, kitchen sink, oven and fireplace for preparing meals. There are also a number of additional games such as billiards and darts, which offer a wealth of entertainment options for all guests. If you prefer a more active break, you will also have the possibility to rent a bike onsite and explore the surrounding countryside.



Apart from biking, you can enjoy a wide range of other activities in the surrounding area of Villa Aria. Make sure to check out the culinary delights of Istria in one of the many taverns, or experience the Roman history in the nearby town of Poreč.
