Nestled in the heart of the coastal city of Virginia Beach where all of the area’s greatest attractions will be right at your fingertips. This coastal beach studio offers a space-maximizing layout which includes kitchenette with full size appliances, self-check-in, Wi-Fi, one queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, one reserved parking space, swimming pool, coin operated laundry, large BBQ area with gas grill, and a beachside lawn with tables and chairs and private balcony. All on the desirable north end of the Virginia Beach boardwalk. This small oceanfront complex is one of a kind, a great place for couples or a small family. Enjoy a nice meal or an early morning cup of coffee while enjoying a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Wonderful place to stay, right on the beach and a nice pool. Everything was very clean and the owners responded extremely quick. They gave us the option to check in a few hours early, and gave recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend!

A little disappointed. Advertised as oceanfront. Was ocean view. Advertised washer and dryer. Was not in studio--in basement. No handsoap in kitchen or bathroom. Only one hand towel in bathroom. We are used to units having something to cover food (aluminum/plastic wrap). No table to eat except coffee table. The cabinet for clothes had no shelves and only two hangers. The advertised patio and grill faced a building and street with no shade. Two inches of standing water in tub during showers. Nor did the tub have safety bars. Difficult to get in and out with nothing to hold onto.All that being said, it was clean and communication with owner was excellent. We are just used to great accommodations for that price. We knew about the steps, but way too many for numerous trips. Access to the beach was excellent also.

From what the girls told me everything was great, they had had no problem checking in and the place was clean and nice, perfect for what they needed for the weekend after the concert. Comfortable accommodations. Close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay in VA beach. The option of sitting on the lawn or in beach chairs on the sand gave us the flexibility to enjoy the ocean view each day. We also enjoyed our balcony. Having an assigned parking spot made parking a breeze.

Overall it was a good trip. The property had a good side view of the ocean and was well prepped with the music playing and nice chocolates. It was a bit small for 3 adults. Better for a single person or couple.

Quaint place

Clean, recently updated studio. The building itself is older, but the place is being kept and remodeled in areas. There are stairs to climb, no elevator. Didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind. The view is accurate from the first picture. The ocean is seen, but you are on the side of the building, so it’s not direct ocean front. The amenities were great! Towels, sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board. Everything to make our stay easy. We liked that the area wasn’t too busy being at the end of the boardwalk, yet you can easily access all the activities of Virginia Beach and the boardwalk. We enjoyed using the provided bikes also. We met a couple of the permanent residents of the building who were super nice. The Host was helpful and very quick to respond to a couple of our questions.

Adorable little apartment

Loved this location. Loved the cute little suite, although it was much smaller than anticipated. We thought there was a separate bedroom and with a queen size bed, it was a bit tight. We made it work, though. The owner was wonderful. A beach chair broke on the 2nd day and he brought a new one within 1/2 hr of emailing him. The place was clean and stocked with all sorts of kitchen items for you to use if you chose to cook!

Oceanside Studio

Perfect for our mini vacation! Exactly as advertised and a very nice spot for a couple who wants to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. Excellent dining right downstairs, and others within walking distance. Would book again.
