Next to the beach and provides many amenities for a memorable vacation getaway including a private outdoor pool, cabana, bocce ball, cornhole, basketball hoop, pool table, an upright piano in the main living space, 3 soft surfboards, 1 stand-up paddleboard, boogie boards, bicycles, and beach chairs! Within a short 30-minute drive, you'll have access to a plethora of attractions, such as Atlantic Fun Park and Apex Entertainment Virginia Beach. Motorworld has exciting activities for the whole family, such as go-carts, paintball, and mini-golf. The open floor plan is bright and airy, with cathedral ceilings, large east and west-facing decks, a screened porch overlooking the backyard pool and cabana bar, and two levels of living space, allowing plenty of room to unwind and relax. The kitchen is well equipped and offers plenty of cabinets and counter space for meal prepping and food storage. There is a dining table close to the kitchen, bar seating, and a larger table for family-style meals that offers beautiful views of the ocean. Looking to dine alfresco? Indulge in dining by the pool, ocean, or on the lovely screened porch. The great room plays host to a large smart TV, piano, and games. The bedroom configurations easily accommodate larger families or for multi-generational families to share. Enjoy hours of inside fun in the converted garage/game room with a pool table as well as storage for your bring-a-longs. TVs in every room and WiFi keep everyone entertained during downtime.

• Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
• All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Four surfboards (three longboards and one SUP), four bicycles, four boogies boards, and beach chairs are provided.
• The fifth bath is located in the cabana bar (seasonal use).
• The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
