You will love our 2 story recently renovated condo on the 4th floor.
All new flooring and carpet and painted with a Coastal decorating style beach theme.
Granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms.
Sandbridge Dunes Condominium's has a reputation as being a very clean and beautiful and won awards for its landscaping.
The Sandbridge Market is across the street and very handy for all your shopping needs. They have the best donuts in the area!
Several restaurant's within walking distance. The Sandbridge Island Restaurant and Simply Steamed are favorites!
Sandbridge Dunes is across the street and on a guarded beach!
Includes two covered parking spaces in our garage for your convenience. Very close to the elevator.

Unfortunately the pool was not available for use. We were a group of 65. We wish there was a television on main floor living/dining area. We all have issues with stairs and could not utilize the tv in loft. Only one of us made it up there for sleeping. Otherwise, loved the place. Would go again.

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is great and it is stocked with anything you could ever need. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfy. The extra seating area in the upstairs room was a great hangout space for our girls trip. We appreciated that the owner has chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, and more available for use. The owner had great communication and gave us very clear instructions on how to access the property. We would highly recommend this place for your next trip!

We loved staying here! The condo is awesome. Completely stocked with anything we needed, including sheets and towels. Immaculately clean. All the extra is like a washing machine and a dishwasher. The host was very clear with all information and responded immediately with any question. We may have had. The building itself also clean and everybody was friendly and polite. We absolutely adore Sandbridge Beach. It was our first time here. We cannot wait to return! 10 out of 10 as far as my family is concerned!Cute souvenir shops, pizza & ice cream, and a market all across the street!

We loved this condo! It’s only a couple minutes walk to the beach. It was very clean and had all the needed necessities. They provided dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bunches of pots and pans, top of the line dish washer, washer and dryer, a toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig machine, crock pot, blender, spices, oils, etc! Don’t bother bringing beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards or even a beach wagon because they have it all! They even left of some microwave popcorn! We had a wonderful vacation and would come back in a heartbeat! The beach here isn’t crowded at all and the sand is so soft you don’t even need water shoes! There are so many places to eat, get ice cream, and to shop within walking distance of this condo that you really don’t need to drive anywhere! I promise, you won’t be disappointed with this condo! Greg is a great host and responded to all our needs!

Beautiful Two-Story Condo

The condo was extremely clean and spacious. Easily slept our group of 8 people. Greg was super helpful and easily reachable. Short walk to the beach. We loved not having to worry about losing a key! It was a beautiful condo and would definitely stay here again.

This unit was everything you want in a vaca rental! Unit was clean and stocked, with plenty to keep you busy. The assigned parking spots were literally right inside the garage, with the beach closet to the right. The elevator was steps away. You couldn't ask for a better location- the beach was right across the street, as well as a little market and restaurant. Walmart and other stores are about 15 minutes down the road. Beach was never too busy to enjoy- we even saw dolphins!! It was nice to be right outside the action of VA Beach proper. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. We could not have dreamed up a better place to stay. From having all the beach equipment with easy access right at the garage to all the little things you hate to pack. We have 2 teenage boys and the loft was a perfect hangout spot for gaming and was out of the way of adult conversation. The balcony was great. Nice relaxed area with some cute shops and ice cream. The beach was amazing and clean and not over crowded. We will definitely be back!!

Unbelievably Perfect!

Perfect quiet location to walk to a few restaurants and not too far to drive to some great ones! Thank you for the beach wagon and chairs! Thought of everything here! Perfect girls weekend place. Girls getaway

Wonderful condo and we really enjoyed our trip! A couple of issues. The pictures were misleading about the view. We didn't have a good view of the beach and water from our unit. Also toilets are too low for elderly persons to get up from. Would be a great unit for younger families.
