Welcome to the Perfect Retreat!, a luxurious single family home nestled in the vibrant coastal city of Virginia Beach. This exceptional vacation rental offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility, making it an ideal haven for your short-term stay.

The Space:
Enjoy all the comforts of home at our newly built and decorated house with all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile bathrooms, new furniture, and fresh new linens! The House is a 5-bedroom house, sleeping 12 with 4 full baths and an Outdoor Shower! The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living room allows everyone to be together. The large bedrooms give everyone space. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV. In the backyard enjoy a patio with seating and a gas grill for cooking and entertaining. The house has 2 parking spaces in the driveway.

The Perfect Retreat! is within walking distance to The Oceanfront Boardwalk/Beach, Restaurants, Va Beach Conference Center, The NEW Sports Complex, and just a short drive to First Landing State, Ft Story (and the Cape Story Lighthouse), Va Marine Science Museum, shopping, botanical garden, and fishing.

Other Things to Note:
Parking is limited to the driveway which can only accommodate two vehicles. The garage can have two mid size vehicles parked inside. Let us know if you need further parking accommodations, there is a public parking garage near by. You may be ticketed if you park on the street from the hours of 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

Family Anniversary Trip

This house and the communication with the rental company was absolutely exceptional! 10/10! It was perfect for our family trip honoring my parent’s wedding anniversary. The only drawback is the walk to the beach. It is nearby, however, there are 3 main roads that need to be crossed in order to do so. On the positive side, it means you are in the middle of the boardwalk and all the attractions. Don’t hesitate, book this house. You will not be disappointed.

Luxury and Comfort

This house is beautiful. We were all very comfortable. The kitchen was top of the line. We joked that we should sell our homes in NC and buy this one. The ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus.

Family and friends trip to VB

This property is wonderful! The bedrooms are spacious, the whole house feels new and modern, and there are nice touches like double vanities in the bathrooms, they have hand soaps and shampoo etc in bathrooms, extra trash bags, etc that a lot of rentals these days do not include. A beautiful property, and the management company was super helpful and quick to respond to messages with questions. Highly recommend!

Great House!

This was the perfect rental for us! Close enough to walk to the beach, stores, restaurants , and fun sites. House was exceptionally clean, and tidy. Plenty of room to spread out and relax when you’re not out doing things. We would definitely stay here again.

Great in every way

We were very pleased with our stay in Virginia Beach. The house was accurately displayed online, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen and laundry were equipped with up to date high end appliances. The location was perfect, we never used our car as we were able to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and activities. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this location again.

More than expected

The house was truly a masterpiece to say the least, a million dollar home near the beach in a perfect neighborhood, makes me want to build a home like this back in Jersey. Will look forward to booking again in the future.
