Oceanfront condo, 2 bedroom/2 full bath, with an indoor heated pool, 24 hour security, laundry facilities, exercise room, and so much more! Located in the Resort Area, right on the beautiful beach and boardwalk.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

Great location. At the quiet end of the boardwalk. Not secluded, but quiet. Plenty of people and families going by. Easy access to ocean. Lifeguard protected beach out front. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Balcony small, but functional. Kitchen, small, but very well equipped. Easily able to cook in the condo. Big clean refrigerator. Good size bedrooms. Easy, safe parking (for 1 vehicle) - had to park our second vehicle at pay parking down the street, but still very reasonable. Property manager was very accessible and helped handle a few minor issues quickly. Cleaning and maintenance could be improved (hairs in bathroom drawers, mold in shower, several pairs of ladies underwear found throughout the condo, toilet paper holder non-functional) but overall would recommend.

Check in was extremely easy and a seamless event. Plenty of great places to go for breakfast. Should you get into town earlier. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities for cooking. Rental was spotless and fantastic location! Beach wasn’t overcrowded. Staff was super friendly.

Nice place!

The condo was wonderful & just the right size for my friend & me. Fairly newly updated. Appliances looked recent & clean. Small kitchen was well-stocked for preparing, cooking & eating. Just be sure to bring your own ingredients, including oils & spices.

Amazing beach front location

Located right on the beach. The condo is big (two big rooms). The bed in the master bedroom could be changed (too soft, gave us back pain), but overall very comfortable furniture. Well appointed (we had our 3 meals everyday in the appartment). They could be more generous in toilet paper dans paper towel (they provide only one roll per bathroom).

Very nice condo. Great food and shops minutes away.

Very nice view. Everything looked clean. Mattress were a little to soft for us, but we managed. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Nice condo

We had to pick up and return the keys and parking pass from a separate location. There was not a key fob for us to access the parking garage from the 3rd floor, so we had to walk down to the main entrance every time. Good location. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed to cook some meals there. Construction on the building was very noisy.

Awesome stay

We had an awesome stay! Margie was excellent to work with. Condo was very clean as well as the building. Very quiet end of the strip especially after the holiday weekend passed. Will definitely be back!

Beach Vibes

My family and I spent an awesome week at Dolphin Run #701 in Virginia Beach. What a spectacular place to vacation! The two bedroom unit contained all the amenities for a week away, with each room tastefully decorated with lovely beach decor. The scenery outside was just as nice! Surfers, dolphins and pelicans were were always near by with white powdery sand to rest upon and play in. Our Property Manager was very organized and helpful and she made our transition to the property simple and effective. So much to see and do in Virginia Beach. This was our first time being there, as well as using Vrbo. We would gladly do both again. - Lisa from Canada

Cute and close

Had a fabulous week with our stay! Location was great right on the boardwalk/beach. Was also nice that this was towards the end of the boardwalk as it seemed less crowded on the beach here and we never had an issue finding a spot. I can’t say anything better for the check-in process and communication with the property management. She was wonderful to work with. Thank you for a great week.

Great condo!

This condo was great for our family of 5! The kitchen was fully stocked and it was great having two bathrooms! The only negative I would say which was unrelated to the actual condo, is the pool area. There wasn’t much seating and the water was never really clear. However, we used it daily. We would definitely stay here again!

Just Ok

The condo itself was ok for a condo. Small, cramped kitchen but the master suite was nice. The Dolphin resort itself I am not impressed with. Awful parking and beach access from the resort is bad. The staff got into it with my wife over the kids and the pool. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. We won't be staying in that building again.

Great beach vacation

The condo was clean, roomy, and located on the beach and the boardwalk. We had a great time swimming and exploring the shops and restaurants along the boardwalk and around the area. Also, Ms. Chapman provided a thorough instruction for the check in and out process. And she is one call or text away to fix any issue. She was the best. We plan to come back again.

Close to Everything

The property is perfect for a 4-5 person family. The oceanfront location is awesome for fun in the sun. The 3 o'clock check in time is the best because it is easier than most and an hour earlier. The condo has many amenities and very clean.

beach vacation

everything was as advertised. The condo was great. well stocked with everything in the kitchen, The beach chairs were especially useful. even had beach toys for my grandson and a kite. They were setting up BeachIt a mega country concert behind the condo. Was good and bad. Interesting to watch build but the noise and closing off the beach access for the last three days sucked.. We did have great seats on our balcony for the Friday nite headliner, Miranda Lambert. Bottom line I would stay there again. It was very nice.

very clean and right on beach

the stay was wonderful. we had only two days of good weather. but there was a lot to do around town. Good places to eat. The only problem that I have had is getting my deposit returned!! Can't get my calls or emails answered.. It has been almost two weeks. I will work with another company next time.

We have come to Virginia Beach for many years, and this is definitely one of our favorites stays! Well equipped condo, right across from the laundry room, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and excellent quality dishes , etc

Excellent Condo

The condo was completely redone, very clean and super cute. The views to the ocean were breathtaking especially when the dolphins were swimming by. I liked that a lot of great restaurants and shopping were in walking distance. Margie, the property owner was very sweet when I met her the day we arrived. She was also helpful when I had questions a fews days into our stay.
