PLEASE NOTE: OUR PROPERTIES RENT FOR A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

Enjoy the serene views of the ocean from this newly remodeled 4th floor condo. This condo is conveniently located on the boardwalk in the heart of the resort area.

Centrally located between 21st and 22nd Streets on Atlantic Avenue. Walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

Living area and master bedroom with extra long oceanfront balcony. Dining area with table that seats 6 people. Stunning, newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, upgraded appliances and breakfast bar.

Bed sizes: Primary bedroom - King; 2nd bedroom - 1 Twin and 1 Queen Bed; Living Room - Queen Sleep Sofa

Amenities include: entry security gate, direct access to boardwalk, Wi-Fi, stackable washer/dryer, telephone and master bath with standard size jacuzzi tub.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

We had a very nice time at this place. Spacious condo, well equipped, very clean, and a long blacony with a beautiful view. Our family of 6 was confortable and had a very good time there.

Pros: We came to VA Beach for a softball tournament. We really loved the condo. It was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful oceanfront location with a nice sized balcony. Water pressure was great and the water stayed hot in both showers.Cons: VRBO is a racket to say the least. We were charged 415 just to book through them (they literally did nothing) to then get redirected to a real estate company who handled everything. The parking is a nightmare. The condo has a small gated parking lot and the spaces can barely fit a Tesla. We brought a Ram truck so you can imagine how difficult that was to park. The “boardwalk” is very trashy.When we are on a beach vacation, we enjoy sitting on the balcony at night watching the ocean. We could not believe the amount of homeless people, lack of activities, and “money exchange interactions” that were taking place between people who did not appear to be law abiding. Will only return to VA Beach if we have another tournament next year. It’s definitely not a great vacation destination, but like I stated earlier, the condo was very nice and so was the agent from the real estate company (Maggie).

Virginia Beach on the 4th of July

The location was perfect! And secure! The condo could use some upgrades with carpeting, taller and bigger toilets, fresh paint on the baseboards. The view from our 4th floor balcony was amazing for the fireworks over the water. Would definitely stay again.

This condo hes a beautiful view of the ocean.Condo is equipped with everything you ever need.Steps away from boardwalk and the beach.The place was very clean ,comfy and cozy.Easy check-in, check-out.The menager was very helpful.We highly recommended this place.

Great getaway with family

The property was identical (Inside and out) to the photos we saw on the online listing and was very comfortable for our week long stay. We had easy communication with the property manager (Margie) and she took extra care of us since we were checking in late. She made sure to get our linens put inside, turned on the ice maker in the fridge, and stayed on the phone with us while we picked up our check in packet only a few blocks from the property. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely consider the same location in the future.

Fantastic location

My family has taken summer vacation at one beach town or another for 20+ years. Both my wife and son enthusiastically and repeatedly told me during this trip that this was the best place we've ever stayed. The balconies overlooking the beach were incredible and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beachfront Perfection

This was our first trip to Virginia Beach and we loved it. This rental made the experience all that much better. The check in/out process was seamless. Margie was very friendly & accommodating. The location of this rental is fantastic, true beachfront. Sunrise & moonrise over the ocean all from your private balcony (or even from bed in the master :) It takes longer to put on your swimsuits than it does to walk to the Beach. The front bedroom is definitely a little noisy at night from the street performers on Atlantic Ave as noted in other reviews. This wasn't a problem for our daughter because we brought a large floor fan to drown out the sound. The only negative that I could mention would be the homeless people that are camped out near/around the building. This is definitely no fault of the owners/rental agency, but I think should be noted as they often made "colorful" comments as we passed by, day & night. Right beside the building is 22nd st public access from Atlantic Ave to the beach so again, no fault of the establishment. Im a bit surprised that the city of Virginia Beach allows this to exist. Every business has a help wanted sign. Maybe they could try cleaning these folks up and putting them to work!? Just a thought. All in all this was our best family vacation to date. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beachfront rental in Virginia Beach.

Nice place great view

When we arrived to get our keys and info packet, the person who answered the phone did not know where the box was and had me running around the building in a torrential downpour. Finally someone took the phone that knew what was going on and I got our keys. By then I was drenched. The condo building is an older building with very tight parking. The inside was clean enough except for the chocolate cake chunks we found under the twin bed lol. The view from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed our morning coffee with the sunrise every day. You are literally steps to the beach, restaurants and shops. Overall a well equipped kitchen. The clothes dryer came in very handy as the humidity never let anything air dry. Would recommend for someone looking to stay at an ocean front condo.

Great location

Condo was very nice and recently updated. Kitchen was well stocked will essentials. View was fabulous and beach entrance was on the side of the parking garage. My biggest complaint was the small parking space I was allotted. The second bedroom was noisier because of the various entertainment offered nightly on the strip. All in all a perfect place to stay. Would definitely stay again at the same condo.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our main purpose for picking this specific property was the proximity to the beach since we have a 3 year old. The property was extremely secure with a gated parking lot and locked doors. There was some late night noise on Saturday night, but we expected that considering the location of the property. There was a issue with the door lock, but it was quickly addressed by Margie, the property manager. We will definitely be back next year.
