THE SPACE
The Ocean Beach Club / Oceanaire complex offers many amenities including Outdoor pools, Indoor heated pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Firepit, 10th floor Lounge and Sundeck overlooking the Ocean, a 17th floor Ocean View Fitness Center, a Game Room and daily planned activities. There is also a poolside Tiki bar and Café (open seasonally), and many nearby restaurant choices with outdoor and indoor seating
This fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo with a Full Kitchen is referred to as a Western Caribbean, CITY VIEW unit. Your rooms, with floor to ceiling windows, look out on Atlantic Avenue and the city of Virginia Beach beyond.
Please note that the City View units at Ocean Beach Club DO NOT have balconies, but this makes it a very economical and especially safe choice for families with children. The resort itself is Oceanfront, sitting right on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, and you are just steps away from the Boardwalk, Beach, and Ocean.
At the end of each day, gather the family together to enjoy your favorite movie or whip up a quick snack in your fully equipped Kitchen, which includes Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Dishwasher, full sized Refrigerator, and Dining Table with seating for up to six (6) persons.
The Living Room has floor to ceiling windows offering views of Atlantic Ave and the City of Virginia Beach. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa that sleeps 2.
The 2BR suite provides the privacy of separate bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, Lounge Chair, and Bathroom. The 2nd Studio bedroom features a Queen size bed, a Table with 2 chairs, and a Kitchenette with Mini Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffeemaker, and Sink.
This suite accommodates up to six (6) persons and features a 32” cable TV in each bedroom, and a 42” plasma TV and DVD player in the living room.
The location of Ocean Beach Club is on the north end of the VB Boardwalk, and near many restaurants and bars. At the resort and surrounding properties, you will find outdoor seating and lounging areas (some with fire pits). Live music is frequently available during the evenings on the Boardwalk right next to the resort, in addition to other music venues you will find up and down the 3-mile Boardwalk.
You can enjoy walking or riding your bike on the 3-mile boardwalk.
Or if you want to visit other attractions nearby the Ocean Breeze Water Park is only 10 minutes away. This is also a relatively convenient location from which to schedule day trips to tour nearby Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, or visit Busch Gardens / Water Country.

Please note that this listing includes multiple weeks available. The photos reflect the interiors of several different units you might be assigned, depending on which specific week you book. However, these units all have the same basic floorplan, with the general decor and layout reflected in the photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
GUEST ACCESS
Your unit is private, but since this is a Resort Hotel property, amenities will be shared with other Guests (Pools, Hot Tub, Roof Deck, Fire Pit, Gym, etc)
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.
- Ocean Beach Club is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Vacation Club. The Front Desk is staffed 24/7 for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance.
- Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.
- Check In time is 4:00pm (or after) and check out time is 10:00am. Please check with the resort Front Desk for any possibility of earlier unit availability and / or early use of the resort amenities during check-in days.
- Please note that some of the photos may not be from the specific unit you will be assigned. However, they do reflect the general layout you can expect from various locations in the unit.
- This is a FLOATING unit type. What that means is that you are guaranteed a CITY VIEW 2BR/2BA as depicted in the photos. There is NO BALCONY in the City View units. Your unit location (High or Low floor, etc.) will be determined at Check In. You may also call the Front Desk ahead of time about 7-10 days before Check-In and request a certain unit location. Although you can never be guaranteed a specific location the Front Desk will usually try to accommodate requests if they can.
- One FREE parking pass is included with this unit, but the Ocean Beach Club / Oceanaire complex does not have direct onsite parking. There is a Parking Garage across the street where you will park and be given a parking key card to use during your stay. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.
- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket.
- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.
- Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoos, etc. are all provided. If you need more during your stay, you can contact the Front Desk and they can provide them. We have never personally had an issue receiving the supplies we needed. There is also a Harris Teeter grocery store conveniently located within a few minutes from the facility if you want to shop for any groceries or personal items you want during your stay.
- Utensils, Dishes, and some basic Pots and Pans are provided. If something appears to be missing, you can contact the Front Desk and possibly get it dropped off (if they have it). However, if you plan on cooking a lot of meals inside your unit, or plan any special dishes, I do recommend bringing your favorite Large Frying pan (or Large Sauté Pan, Wok, Crockpot, etc., etc.) for cooking. This way you will have something you are comfortable using and you will know exactly how things will cook in it. You may also want to bring your favorite Kitchen knife(s) for food prep.
- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, the Front Desk can provide a vacuum, or broom and dustpan, to use in your unit if you wanted it. If additional Housekeeping is desired during your stay, it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the Front Desk.
- Washers and Dryers are also available (at no additional charge) on alternating floors for guests to use if desired.
- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. The Pool towels can be picked up at the Towel Vending machines near the Indoor Pool.
- If your family owns and likes larger Beach Towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other Beach Blankets / Beach Chairs / Umbrellas / Equipment, etc., you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Equipment, etc. you can rent them on the beach out in front of the facility.
- For trash disposal during your stay, there are utility rooms with trash chutes located on every floor. Just open the door and drop your trash bag down the chute. If you need more trash bags you can request those as well from the Front Desk.
- Ice machines are available on every other floor
- If you or any members of your family enjoy bike riding, I strongly recommend taking your own bikes (if you have the means to do so). Virginia Beach was designed with a special bike path along the Boardwalk to cater to bike riders. It's possible to use bikes as your main means of transportation during the week to travel up and down the Boardwalk, and around town. Remember to take your bike locks so you can lock up your bikes at the bike rack each night.
- There is a Virginia Beach Coupon booklet available pretty much everywhere in vending type machines along Atlantic Ave, including the Front Desk / Lobby at pretty much all the properties in VB. In this booklet you can find some coupons that offer decent discounts on food, entertainment, and equipment purchases (like bike rentals if you are not able to bring your own).
- Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the Name, Address, and Email of the Primary Guest who will check in.
- This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NEVER required.
