Welcome to your home away from home, where every detail is designed for your comfort and enjoyment. This spacious condo sleeps up to 7 guests and offers breathtaking views and premium amenities.

Living Area: Relax in the open-concept living room featuring comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and an electric indoor fireplace for cozy evenings. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping ocean views, with direct access to the balcony to enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

Kitchen & Dining: The bright, fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. You’ll find full-sized appliances, cookware, a coffee maker, a blender, and more. Gather for meals at the dining table or enjoy a casual breakfast at the kitchen bar.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Three beautifully furnished bedrooms ensure restful nights. Each includes plush bedding, blackout curtains, and a Smart TV.

This is an amazing 2 bedroom condo right on the beach. Every morning we would hang out on the balcony and just watch the ocean. There is so much to do right on the boardwalk. We had an awesome time. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastical!

Great place, great location with plenty within walking distance. The somewhat complicated appearing instructions for the garage parking ended up being easy-peasy. We were surprised by mini fridge and table top icemaker - expected full fridge. Otherwise, absolutely lovely.

Clean- Comfortable- Lovely

We definitely enjoyed our stay. We had a family wedding to attend in VB and were there 3 nights. The condo was very clean in all respects which is my highest priority. The beds were quite comfortable with good back support and the linens were plentiful and nice too. Everything is new and fresh with the exception of a very tired drip coffee maker. I brought coffee grounds instead of pods because the amenities listed on the website did not list a Keurig so I assumed they did not have one. They did send me an email right before we left and listed items to bring. The Keurig was listed on the late email but I did not have time to order the special low acid coffee pods that I get online at that point. Not a big deal, just wish I had known all amenities provided when I first reserved the condo. The kitchen had most everything - except a toaster. The ocean view from the 11th floor is beautiful - although we had a lot of rain - we did have two mornings to enjoy the view in the comfortable deck chairs. I overpacked with duplicates of items that were not listed but there. This condo is overseen by a management company. They were good but I would have preferred personal responses rather than automated responses. I am not a high maintenance guest so it all worked out in the end and there were many positives so I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on the beach.

Family Vacation!

The condo itself is very nice and was comfortable for our family of five! Loved watching all the dolphins from the deck every day! The location is perfect as it was not at the busy end so beach was not packed but within walking distance of many good restraunts, shopping and the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay and would come again! However, the building itself is in need of an update and cleaning - common areas such as hallways, lobby and elevators were hot and dirty. The pool and pool area is in need of a great deal of work - very dirty and not inviting at all which was our biggest disappointment as it did rain some and we would have liked to been able to go swimming.

Stunning!!

Amazing location with ocean view room. We were able to watch the Fourth of July fireworks from the balcony or on the beach. Stunning sunrise with early morning surfers and dolphins! Beach was very clean. The condo was exceptionally beautiful. Very roomy and perfect colors/decor. Quiet condo with friendly people. The south end of the boardwalk was less busy and easy to find a spot on the beach. A lot of options to walk, ride, bike down the boardwalk. Parking was great since you have your own designated spot. The condo was clean and smelled great. No sand on the floors! The only hiccup we had was previous guest took the key fob to access doors but the host was quick to respond and had a new one for us pretty quickly. Each family member loved this location and condo, no one wanted to leave!

Gorgeous all the way around!

Beautiful condo. Lovely decor. Location was great, no car needed. Parked the car and rode trollies! A little construction for a few days kinda loud, but that's always expected oceanfront. Great time had by all!
