Welcome to Beach Break on Baltic!
This luxury townhome is 3 short blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from the convention center, and nestled in the center of a budding community of residences and small businesses called the Creative ViBe district, a neighborhood designed to support local artists and small businesses (coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, farmers market, craft breweries) you’ll find you have everything you need for an amazing vacation easily accessible by foot or you can grab one of the beach cruisers in the garage and take a stroll. The beach and boardwalk is just a short walk and your feet are in the sand, and it’s just the right distance away from the busy boardwalk for peaceful evenings

Entering the townhome, you will notice high-end designer furnishings and linens, yet with a casual laid back feel, to transport you into a magical beach retreat.

1st floor: Queen Bedroom memory foam mattress, high-end linens, blackout drapes, sound machine, smart tv, ceiling fan and private full bathroom down the hall.

2nd floor: light and bright Open floor plan, great room and kitchen with upgraded features such as hardwood floors and granite countertops. All stainless steel appliances, gourmet kitchen knives, pans and small appliances, bar seating and dining table, gas fireplace, smart tv, and outside porch for morning coffee and evening fireworks.

3rd floor: laundry room, kids bunk room (3 twins and a rollaway), Xbox gaming system, lots of games in the closet

Master King Suite with private bath and rain shower, sitting area and desk in case you need to bring work with you.

More about the house....

The townhome has (4) televisions with firestick remotes. There is also an xbox gaming system located in the bunk room. The garage is equipped with just about everything you might need on vacation: gas grill, cornhole boards, beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella, boogie boards, (3) beach cruisers, mountain bike and many other items to ensure you have everything you need! You only need to bring your flip flops.

We have used VRBO for years and Brandy is the best hostess we have had. So accommodating and friendly made us feel like we were in our own home. Location was great just a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Highly recommend her!

Charming Beach House

My family of six totally enjoyed staying here. The decor was beautiful and very clean. The host provided everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and garage. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach, restaurants and activities. We certainly plan to stay here again in the future.

The house was clean and full of nice, modern furniture and amenities. It was a great place to crash at after a day at the beach. The beach cart, chairs, and bikes were also a huge plus. The walk to the beach was easy, and we were really happy to not be stuck in a cramped hotel room.

Vaca in ViBe District

This home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The owners have thought of everything. We have never stayed in a rental in which the kitchen was so well-stocked. They provide beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, and a wagon to cart everything down to the beach, which is 3 blocks away. Communication with the owners was excellent. They came to repair a bicycle tire during our stay. They even offered to mail an inexpensive item that we left behind. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and a brewery right next door. We enjoyed riding on the oceanfront bike path. There were movies and live music in the evenings. If we return to VA beach, we would definitely stay here again.

This is possibly the best vacation rental I have gotten. The hosts communication was perfect. The place was absolutely spotless, well arranged, perfectly located to enjoy the area, and had all the basics needed for the stay. It was the perfect.

We didn't get an opportunity to use the bikes. It was also walking distance from the beach and even closer to several restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream shops.

Convention Center Event

Home is ideal for convention center events. We were able to walk to the convention center in mornings and passed three coffee shops on the way. The beach and every type of restaurant/activity the kids wanted to do was walkable. I'd highly recommend this property for convention center events year round.

This place was the cherry on top of a fantastic family wedding weekend!!!

We came to Va Beach for a family wedding and chose this beautiful rental to have a quiet and luxurious place for our family to enjoy. Everything was lovely! The furnishings are comfortable and clean, the entire place is very well appointed and the neighborhood gave us plenty to do when we had down time. We will definitely be repeat renters when we visit Va Beach in the future!

Annual Family beach trip

My family and I had a great time at this property. The photos don't do it justice! The space was great; everyone had enough room to spread out, but we also had enough room to come together for movies and dinner. The home is extremely clean and we we very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautifully decorated home! The location was so conveniently located to restaurants, coffee shops, the beach, and more. The host was so gracious and helped provide us with personal recommendations to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The home was also well equipped with all beach essentials, and the toys in the kids' bunk bedroom helped keep our little ones entertained throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Life’s a beach

This property is great. Friendly host. Huge house, lots of bathrooms. A/C is wonderful. Great proximity to the beach and all the action. Literally out the back door is a brewery, and the block over there is a distillery. Took the bikes for a ride, was so fun. Comes with everything you need to go to the beach, chairs, wagons, and umbrellas. Friendly host and great communication. Would stay again and would highly recommend!

Christmas Gift!

We booked this property to visit our son in VAB. The property was fabulous, clean and well maintained. We loved the fact that there were bicycles provided and we rode up to the beach daily. Our host Brandy was fabulous. She reached out to welcome us and provided extra care - she decorated the home with Christmas touches that made the week extra special. We would definitely recommend this property and this host! We will visit VAB again and will check first with Brandy to see if her property is available! Thank you so much for a lovely visit!

Vacay in the Vibes

Lovely clean spacious townhome with 3 floors in Beaches Vibe District. A coffee connoisseurs paradise with numerous unique coffee shops all within walking Distance. Great Brewery with beer garden in back yard that is quaint and neighborly. Construction on new $335 million Surf Park/Entertainment Venue is now in progress; the upside is very little traffic because many roads are blocked. Bikes provided by hosts made it fun and quick to access the beach, restaurants, shops, and pavilion (you don't want to miss the Farmers Market on Saturdays). Highly Recommend for energetic vacationers or those just craving to chill and relax!
