Make your escape to Sandbridge cool and carefree at this lakefront home a short walk from the beach. This house even offers a feature not often found in Sandbridge - a tranquil lake where you can fish and observe abundant local wildlife.

Carefree has two levels of living space and five roomy bedrooms, all of which include wall-mounted flatscreen TVs and custom closets. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms as well.

Make yourself at home upstairs, where you'll find a living room with great lake views, a large-screen TV, and access to the dining area and kitchen. The dining table is big enough for memorable family dinners, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. Whip up some cocktails in the margarita machine and sit outside on the screened-in porch (screened even on the bottom to prevent any unwanted guests!). This lovely space features a flatscreen TV and ceiling fans for your evening entertainment.

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, including a primary suite with a private bathroom, and a newly renovated full hallway bathroom. A spiral staircase (with a locking gate for the kids) leads to the lower floor, where you'll find two more bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Plenty of shady areas can be found under the house, which boasts comfortable seating, two outdoor showers (with hot and cold water), two single swings, and a double-seated swing. Play a game of volleyball in the yard, sit by the lake and drop a line in, or take one of the two provided canoes out for a paddle. Watch sliders basking in the sun, osprey soaring overhead, and blue heron catching a meal right off the lake’s edge. Enjoy the hammock by the lake with a good book or watch nature.

Additional amenities include a gas grill and ample parking for your vehicles and bikes. You'll be just a short stroll from the most private part of Sandbridge Beach - if you love surfing, this is a great beach break and a local secret!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
