The residence is very clean, comfortable, great location to beach ( view limited by hotels), roomy, has all the beach stuff ( a bike, jogging stroller, beach toys, boggie boards, beach towels, chairs), great for stepping outside to walk the board walk, accommodating host Mirriam. Yes would stay again.

Just as advertised. Stayed with family of 5, and had ample amount of room. 2 minute walk to the beach. House was clean and had everything we could ever need. Will definitely be back!

Everything was very clean and well equipped. The host was very easy to communicate with and super friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I was ever in the area. Access to the beach is super simple. Lots of nice dining options in this area too.

Miriam was an excellent host with an excellent property. She provided so many little thoughtful things that helped make our stay perfect. The kitchen had anything you could need!! There was a fold out couch, a cot style twin bed, and an air mattress ! The en-suite bathrooms were amazing for privacy. There were beach chairs, a wagon, boogie board, umbrella, and so much more!! We had such an enjoyable stay we are already talking about next time!!

Miriam is one of the kindest and friendliest hosts we have worked with. We travel a lot with VRBO and she is exceptional! The house has everything you would need. Close to the beach. Quiet area. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler! It was a game changer for our trip.This will be our go to place for Virginia Beach! See you next year!

We could not have had a better experience at this property. Miriam anticipated our needs, had things on hand that were both important and not usually available in a short term rental (alcohol swaps and bandaids), and was generous with info about the community resources and the property. It's a great location, has comfortable stylish furnishing and some charming decorations. Everything worked well, stove, dishwasher., showers, wifi, streaming services. Hope to stay here again.

Miriam's place was just what our family needed. The two bedrooms plus extra sleeping options were perfect. 2.5 bathrooms was also great! The place was clean and Miriam offered many "extras" not always seen in beach retreats. Access to beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys were a nice touch. The location was excellent. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. You likely could not get onto the beach quicker staying in a hotel, once you factor in elevator wait times, stopping at your car for your beach supplies, etc. Our family will definitely check for availability if we return to VA Beach.

Great place! Was too cold to enjoy the beach but hope to return soon! Place is perfect location, cozy, and everything we needed. Great communication! Even had some tricky traffic situations with the Shamrock Marathons but Miriam helped us navigate perfectly!

This was our first experience using VRBO and we could not be more pleased!! This house was extremely clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The location is ideal, with the beach only 1 block away and numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. Miriam's communication was too notch! Thank you again for a great stay!

Virginia Beach Retreat was exceptional! The property is well cared for and well stocked with all the essentials. We cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner while there and never needed anything the kitchen didn’t have. A great location too. Boardwalk and beach are just steps away and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes again!

The location was great for beach access and a few beach accessories were provided, which was a plus. The property was clean and well laid out. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen for cooking meals in. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect Spot

This was a perfect spot for our end of summer getaway to the beach. It's in a quieter area with little traffic and just a short walk across the street to the beach. There were beach chairs available to use and a well stocked kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with and the place was super clean!
