This comfy vacation home was made for family fun whether it's frolicking on the beach or relaxing on the multiple decks. The main living area will give you plenty of room to gather for family meals especially around the dining room table and seating area in front of the LCD TV.

    All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Dookie Dunes

The place was clean and comfy. Should have baby gates for stairs or at least let people know that they need to bring their own. Restaurants are close by that are great. Grocery stores are with in 10-15 minutes. Lots of things to do within 1/2 hour to an hour. Would recommend to others.

Wonderful!

This beach house was great! The location is fantastic. Right on the beach. It’s quiet with beautiful sand and a beautiful view. Dolphins swimming by every morning. I could see my kids on the beach from the kitchen. The house was clean, simple and orderly. The kitchen was well equipped with nice pots and pans and dishes and sharp knives. Appliances were nice and clean. Bedrooms were cute. On the small side, but I didn’t need any more than they offered. Some of the kids slept in the lower area with the bunk beds. This room was a bit darker and not as desirable., but they slept great. We all pretty much stuck together on the first level. Bathrooms were accommodating and clean. Some beach houses can be overwhelming with the many bedrooms and levels and game rooms....this place was just right. It made the week just...simple. We left today and I miss it already!

Very Nice Property

The property is in a great location and is set up in a way that allows for a lot of privacy even with your guests in the house. The decor is updated and very comfortable. Feels like a nicer than normal beach home for sure The company that manages the home, Sandbridge Blue, could use some work. Fortunately, we had only one issue being that we were told we could check in anytime after 4 but when we pulled up at 5 the cleaning people were still cleaning. We reached out to the property management people to ask what's up and they were quick to point out that our rental agreement states that cleaning can finish as late as 6 pm. I offered it was pretty stupid to have a 4 p.m. check in time sent to us if people couldn't check in until 6 p.m. Sandbridge Blue wanted to have the last word on that one too....so unnecessary and unfortunate. So, be warned your property really might not be ready even though they say you're able to check in. Again, this morning when heading out, the cleaning people showed up before 10 a.m. exit time. Besides that annoyance I'm sure anyone staying here will enjoy the property. On a final point for planning; there are some basic things missing.. Unlike most beach homes I stayed at, where there's often left over salt and pepper or some olive oil or spices this home has none. You may want to make sure that you pack really even the basics including dish soap. On that front, the good news is, Instacart delivers to the property address so that helps in a pinch. The freezer has something wrong with it and the drains in the bathtub and shower are slow but overall with a little extra planning you're bound to have a glorious vacation at this very nice, home.

Great spot for a getaway

The location and house layout are perfect for a family and close friends beach getaway. Great communal living space and nice setup with two "wings" with beds and baths. And, the beach/ocean are right out the back door, can't beat that.

We would definitely stay again!

Overall the house is even better than the pictures. The downstairs is better for kids as it is mustier and has a window unit AC. The upstairs is great! Lots of space and beautiful ocean views. Only complaints: 1) all the doors squeaked (they need a WD-40 can onsite), 2) there were not enough towels when you account for both indoor and outdoor showers, and 3) it would have been nice to know that hand soap, dish soap, dish sponges, dish washer soap, and trash bags were not included. I don't have any problem bringing them, but it was not nice arriving and having to go back out to purchase on the first night. ALSO, insist the property management company (whom we never saw) does a physical walk through upon arrival. They are attempting to charge us for an item that was broken when we arrived. Not cool.

Beautiful place, great location, deck needs updating

With our large crowd of people we fit comfortably and out of each others way. Views are completely amazing. Stairs and porch need updating. Could use a second fridge. Other than that great place, I'd return and recommend it!

Super easy beach access!

This house had all our multi-generational family could have ever asked for. We loved the floor plan: open kitchen/living space; two adjacent bedroom "wings" which could be closed off. (Very quiet for early to bed AND late risers)! Each "wing" has two bedrooms with a full bathroom in between.The screened porch and open deck, facing the beach, were great. Being able to step off the deck onto the beach was so convenient. Perfect for toddlers and grandparents! Everthing needed to prepare meals is available in this well stocked kitchen (though an upgrade on the potato peeler and manual can opener are in order). Kudos to the housekeeping staff! This house was SPOTLESS upon our arrival. We were able to hit the beach as soon as we unloaded the car!
