We stayed the weekend of August 15, 2025..The stay was excellent, will stay here again. Ocean view from the condo was great!!!!! The host was excellent.. he explained to us about how to check in and out .. easy as 123… you will not be disappointed..

Perfect Location

On the quieter end of boardwalk, this place was perfect for a retreat while still close to all of the action. We stayed during a music festival and the views and sound from stage on the beach were incredible from the balcony. Great communication with host and everything was as described with no issues. Would highly recommend!

Family beach trip

The condo was a perfectly cozy fit for our family of five. Communication with the owner went smoothly and check-in and check-out was just as smooth. We spent most our time outside but the condo was clean and comfortable for our needs for eating and sleeping. The additional beach chairs and cooler were an amazing helpful addition! Thanks for a lovely stay and the location couldn't be beat!

Nice place, encountered property issues, host communication issues

Had issues with parking at check-in, involved host, security, & building manager, which consumed much time & never got resolved, so had to come up with our own solution, which consumed a lot of time. We immediately noticed issues with the condo, & called host. Showers were not clean at all: 1) lots of black/pink mold all around the white caulking on top rim of the shower tub basin, 2) the floor of shower was filthy, 3) door tracks full of dirt & grime. Shower had not been properly cleaned in a long time. One bed was so old/worn out & mattress was sagging so deeply that you could immediately see its curved shape as soon as you look into room. Window was so filthy that you could not properly see through. Window screen from condo above our balcony was dangling down below their window, torn, shredded, flapping in wind. He made a list, said he would fix items inside his condo AFTER our stay, but could do nothing about outside issues, as they were responsibility of building owners. He refunded $100. I spent first evening dealing with the above, traveling to Walmart, shopping for supplies needed to deal with above issues, then traveling back to condo & deep cleaning showers. Host reimbursed for supplies at my request, but was displeased about it & all my messages. Very noisy construction in condo below us next morning was planned & host was notified by management in writing, he claims didn't get memo. We checked out early, & he refunded 2nd nite. Wouldn't stay there again.

Good location, excellent host

First time for our family staying on the east coast. We usually go to FL gulf coast or AL panhandle. I like that this condo is on the southend of the boardwalk as the boardwalk is busy and can be loud. The building security is great. We had a parking issue when we checked in but Nik assisted right away and rectified the issue. The bedrooms are large, although we'd prefer a king bed in the master. The kitchen is tiny, literally only one person can fit in there at a time but it had everything you needed (except no whisk or cookie sheet). This condo had lots of extra soap, toilet paper and paper towel which is appreciated! Cooler, 2 chairs and beach umbrella for guest use. 3 minor downsides...I don't like how you have to pay a linen fee in order to receive sheets and towels. But that seems to be a VA Beach thing because every condo I looked at had that. You don't see that in the FL condos. I also don't like not having a washer and dryer in the condo itself. We did use the communal set once and they were nice and worked well but you had to pay to use them. The balcony is small but when we walked down the boardwalk, almost all the condo buildings had the same size of balcony. We prefer a large balcony where you can eat out on or lay in a lounge chair. Overall great condo location, gracious host and nice extras!

Excellent!!

Great condo with ocean side balcony, clean, kitchen had all the necessities, host supplied linens, bath towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella & small beach cooler. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely come back!

Awesome location near the end of the boardwalk, floorplan layout was perfect for us, we are huge fans of our experience with everything...thank you for the best first vacation with our grandchildren...memories will last a lifetime!

Great girls getaway

My group and I had a lovely stay at thia property. It had everything we needed and a lovely oceanfront view. The host was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here and may just be returning again with my group in the future.

Great location! Living area has updated coach and dinning table then what is pictured. Love the security for parking and in the lobby. Perfect oceanfront property that is steps from the beach, restaurants, shops and playground.

Great for group and family

Nicely decorated. Bedrooms are roomy about the size of a standard hotel room w bath. Kitchen is fully stocked plates, coffee cups, silverware, pots pans baking sheets, coffee maker, toaster and nearly all cooking utensils you would need. Building is very secure you will need a fob to access the front door after hours. Can get that from the front desk for your party. Front desk staff is nice and helpful. Good location since it is near rudee outlet. I have stayed all up and down Va beach, It’s a quieter part of the beech which makes it nice. Good communication with the owner. We had a few rainy evenings and was nice to have a living room to stretch out in.

Overall very happy. great location for beach access and great oceanfront view. Only faults were the mirrors in main living era were dirty and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. There were also ants in the main bedroom's bathroom. Even with those small annoyances, I would definitely rent again.

Perfect Location

Condo is situated in the perfect spot at the end of the boardwalk. Everything was clean and all basic necessities were provided. Communication with Nik was perfect. I felt very safe with my family there as only residents and guests can get in and there is 24 hr security. Very quiet and highly recommended!
