Just 1.5 blocks from the Virginia Beach oceanfront, this updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect mix of comfort and location. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, dining, and family attractions in minutes.

Ideal for families or small groups (sleeps 6, max 4 adults), the condo features a king primary suite with private bath and workspace, a queen guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All rooms include smart TVs for easy streaming.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, toaster, cookware, and dining essentials. Relax after the beach on the private balcony or use the in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience.

Community amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool (Memorial Day through September), grilling area, and outdoor shower.

Your stay includes bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler, hair dryer, clothing iron, and starter supplies of paper goods and dish soap.

One parking pass is included. A second pass is available upon request for $10/night (subject to availability). Lost parking pass fee is $75.

Smoke-free property. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

This condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and a Keurig coffee maker and pods! The location is great also. Just a block walk to the beach and walk to stores and restaurants.

Didn’t particularly like the TV stations and I definitely didn’t like that. I had to leave by 10 o’clock in the morning. Had to spend my afternoon the night before preparing for exiting the property when you have a small child it’s a lot to do.

Great location, well stocked!!!

We had the best time. The condo was fully stocked with all the essentials and even extras. Our family has multiple food allergies and prevents us from dining out. This kitchen was so well stocked with all the things possible for me to continue to provide delicious home cooked meals for my family. The host was so kind and thoughtful. Having to pack so much already due to our health issues, it was sooo appreciated to have the host provide all the essentials instead of just 1 trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper like other condos we've rented. Very grateful. They also provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and extra beach towels. They really went above standard here and it made our trip really enjoyable!!! The condo was very clean, great location. We walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

Beautiful condominium with all of the amenities in a great location! Spacious and very comfortable! Very close to beach, night life, restaurants and some shopping. Short easy walk to everything. MJ is very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for a family vacation

Property is as described: great location, well stocked and CLEAN. Host responded promptly from booking through check out. Host was courteous and helpful. One of the guests has severe asthma and requested fragrance free cleaners. The host went above and beyond when meeting this request. We will stay here again in the future.

Nice Condo

We really liked this condo. Very clean. Nice linens, mattresses and pillows. Nice TV’s in each room with good television service and fast internet. Plenty of room for the family. Everything was updated and working. The walk to the boardwalk and beach was easy. The building is nicer than it looks from the outside. It was convenient to have the Harris Teeter near by. We usually go to OCMD but if we we go back to VA Beach we’ll definitely try for this condo again.

Great getaway

We had a great time, the apartment was close to everything especially the beach, restaurants and ice cream pallors. The place was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the apartment being well stocked with everything you can think of. The host did a great job to make you feel at home.
