  • Stunning Oceanfront two-story Penthouse Dramatic ceilings and an abundance of windows framing panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Sandbridge Beach. This oversized penthouse boasts 4 Bed, 3 Full Baths. The views of the from both decks are stunning.

    The Sandbridge Dunes - Ocean`s Point Penthouse

    Lovely and spacious, Ocean`s Point Penthouse is newly furnished and freshly painted, offering stunning views of Sandbridge Beach.

    The open floor plan includes a light-filled 2 story great room with plenty of seating and a big-screen TV with surround sound. It opens to a kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless-steel appliances. The large dining table, along with the kitchen bar and the furnished coffee bar, seats everyone comfortably. There are three bedrooms on the first floor as well, including a primary suite with a flatscreen TV and its own bathroom with a jetted tub. The two other bedrooms (including one with a private balcony) share a full hallway bathroom.

    The fourth bedroom / loft on the upper level is the perfect combination of an entertainment space (with a four-in-one mini game table and a big-screen TV), an extra sleeping area, and a workstation. So, this bonus loft can be used as an area for your teens and tweens to get away from the adults or shared by two families.

    On the grounds of the complex, you`ll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool ( pool open May 25 - Sept 30 ) and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.

The condo was spacious and well stocked. I prefer a walkout to the beach without a street to negotiate, but except for the lousy weather and rip currents I would recommend for a large family reunion.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse! There was plenty of room for the family, and we loved the proximity to the beach. The balcony was great for watching the fireworks in the area. We will be back!

Living room rug hasn't been vacuum in a while and pets have definitely stayed there! Rug has stains and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Penthouse is ok but show signs of wear and tear and needs to be painted especially the doors and baseboards

Beautiful Stay

First off, this place was perfect and very spacious for just four of us! My 9yo daughter begged me to take her to see the sunrise, so my wife and i found this place. Its amazing! Our first VRBO! The host was very good, explaining the whole process. We all look forward to staying there again and again!

Family Reunion

We loved the Penthouse! It was very comfortable and spacious! We played games at the large table and sat out on the balcony to feel the ocean breeze. We walked around the quiet neighborhood each day. The beach was nice and not crowded! We had an amazing trip!

Weekend getaway

This property is spacious and just a brief walk to the beach. The condo had most supplies and appliances that one would need. The pool was closed while we were there but looked nice. My siblings, mother and I were in town for a family wedding and enjoyed our time in the condo, especially sitting outside on the balcony.

Family vacation

The property is as pretty as it is advertised. It’s a great place for our family vacation, they’re is plenty of room for 11 of us, ages range from 7-80 years old. We like how peaceful and quiet the place is at night. We took the kids to boardwalk 1 night, it’s about 30 mins drive.

We'd love to stay again!

The penthouse was perfect for our group. There were 10 of us ranging in age from 90 years old to 4 years old. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect! Host was very responsive to our questions. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Excellent Property!

Property was larger than expected in a quiet location with easy beach access. Fully stocked market with excellent fresh pastries is across the street. Our host Ryan was very responsive and resolved a few minor issues within hours. Definitely want to come back again.

Perfect spot

This is a beautiful condo with plenty of room for our 5 adults and 6 teenagers. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and the Sandbridge Seaside Market next door was an easy walk for donuts and groceries. There are plenty of chairs and a beach cart in the storage closet. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing stay from beginning to the end! I'm coming back sooner than later!! Wow, only thing I'm doing different is bring a rolling cart to eliminate trips up and down!!!

We had 7 adults and 3 kids at this rental and it worked out well with some creativity. The bathrooms were all very big, good closet space throughout the rental. The blackout curtains in the primary bedroom were amazing for our baby. Proximity to the beach and pool access were great! The upstairs game room is a loft which means the sound from downstairs travels up as well as difficulty keeping that space dark so not great for little kids. The patio furniture I think needs replacing at this point. Extremely rusty table, the fabric chairs were worse for wear as well. Some of the light colored rugs were looking rough as well, but this is a rental and lots of families I’m sure have stayed here and spills happen. The road noise was much louder than expected, I had never been to Sandbridge but this condo is right on the corner of the only entrance to Sandbridge so lots of loud revving motors at all times a day. Overall I thought it was a nice stay.

Family Reunion

The condo was clean and lovely, with everything as stated on-line. Plenty of space to enjoy for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Lovely views of the ocean from many windows and verandas. Master bathroom was accessible for a disabled family member who also required the elevator to get to the condo. Lovely furnishings and colors; very calming. Gaming area upstairs was fun. The host was very responsive. We gave the penthouse 5 stars!

Grad Weekend

Our daughter was graduating from college and decided to stay in Sandbridge. When I found the listing on VRBO it was perfect. It was hard to find a place that had all king or queen beds for 4 couples. The only thing that was a small issue was the code changed and we were not informed and the one bedroom has a motion sensor light outside the window that comes on and is very detracting from sleep. Other than those few issues it was a great stay.

The condo is in good location. Washer was broken. Room with Queen bed blind broke so could not open to go on patio. Also needs darkening drapes because light at night from outside lights up room. Water pressure really low in the master shower. Other patio fun but at night spiders lots and roaches. A/C works good game room lame. Had good chairs and beach stuff.

Great place

Great place, but washing machine wasn’t working and had old water that wouldn’t drain in it. Guest room right by door was bright all night because of light outside the window. Room darkening blinds are needed there. No sheets for upstairs pullout sofa. Tried contacting property management through VRBO multiple times with no reply.

A Thanksgiving Beach Getaway: Unforgettable Memories in an Oceanfront Paradise

We had an unforgettable Thanksgiving getaway at this stunning beach condo. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by panoramic ocean views that took our breath away. The condo was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the living room had plenty of seating for our family of six. Having our Thanksgiving dinner with the waves crashing in the background was truly magical. My husband and I enjoyed leisurely walks on the beach just steps away from our doorstep. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and attractions within easy reach. The staff at the rental company was incredibly accommodating, providing us with everything we needed to make our stay seamless. We highly recommend this beach condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation. The ocean views, the comfortable amenities, and the unbeatable location made our Thanksgiving getaway truly special. We can't wait to return again soon!
