Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for preparing everyone's favorite meals. For an added touch, fire up the gas grill and enjoy alfresco dining by your sparkling pool. The main living area features an open and inviting layout with a soaring ceiling, a comfortable sectional, and a smart TV for streaming your favorite channels. On the second floor, the rec room offers a pool table, TV, wet bar with counter seating, and a minifridge. For more fun, head to the garage game room, which includes another TV, Ping-Pong, and foosball.

Make use of the on-site dock to set off in your boat, kayak, or canoe, and savor glorious sunsets from the multi-level decks at the end of each exciting day.

For sleeping arrangements, the home offers four comfortable bedrooms and three additional sofa beds for extra flexibility.

This home also includes central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer for your convenience.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests are welcome to tie up their boats. However, keep in mind water dept is From top to basin 5ft.-9ft tides fluctuate due to winds. Pontoons are great. 30 ft and below. 3 ft draft.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
