BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Rest peacefully in one of two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own Smart TV. Fresh linens are provided for all beds.

Primary Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the pool deck.
Second Bedroom: Perfect for family or friends, this room offers a full bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle to sleep three guests.
Bathrooms: A shared hall bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combo. A starter set of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided.

Private Patio: A quiet spot for your morning coffee.
Community Pool: Take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool (available May–September).
Dedicated Workspace: A convenient space is available for those needing to stay connected.

* Linens & Supplies: Your stay includes a linen package with fresh sheets, pillowcases, and a towel set for each guest. We also provide a starter kit of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 paper towel rolls, and 3 trash bags. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for their stay.
* Check-in/Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on our cleaning schedule. Please contact us closer to your stay to inquire about availability.
* Community Facilities: The on-site laundry facility is coin-operated. The community pool is open seasonally from May through September.
* Enhance Your Stay: We offer a variety of rental items, including beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, carts), family items (strollers, pack-n-plays), and lawn games. Please inquire for a full list and pricing.
* Safety: Your safety is our priority. The property is equipped with smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher, and deadbolt locks.

2. Wash and put away used dishes.

4. Lock doors and windows, take out the trash before you leave.

Great place to take your family to the beach! The condo was just as shown in pictures and check-in was simple, so we were able to make ourselves at home quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cooking tools. Having quick access to the beach and the pool was perfect for our family! We also appreciated the laundry room so we could take care of all our wet and sandy clothes. Would definitely come back in the future!!

Virginia Beach Bliss

Hi , I must start by saying we are very lucky to have the owners share this little slice of paradise with my family. It’s on the north end of Virginia Beach. Just far enough to be very quiet, safe, but close enough to everything there is to offer at VB. Highlight of our trip was the Aquarium and a morning Surfing lesson. The pool was just a couple steps from our back door. To the beach is a 1 min walk. The laundry room ( coin or card) is just past the pool, very convenient. All the neighbors were very friendly and helpful with questions on restaurants and sites to see. This rental was fully stocked w whatever you need. Just add food and people. Clean as a whistle. Everything in perfect condition. Easy code on door for entrance. No need for keys, which is very convenient for beach goers. If I had a complaint I’d put it here, but, I literally have not 1 issue. So: Great place , great owners, great time. Don’t hesitate, if you stumbled upon this listing, look no further, you’ll not find better. Thx for reading Dennis

Some minor challenges and one BIG one...

First impression: higher than normal front step. I needed assistance every time I entered. Second impression; second bathroom was a mess with poorly done finishing around tub and floor; awkward sink closure; no place to put makeup to be handy. (we came for a conference, so business dress, not pool or beach.) and now the most difficult part of our stay: We arrived back second day, to find a woman in my bathroom! Doors were locked. How did she get in? Nothing was missing, but I needed to take everything with us every day after, and never felt safe there. Perhaps you could work with the owner to fix some of the minor problems, but HOW DID THAT WOMAN ENTER?

Beach Vacation

This property was exactly as advertised. The boardwalk is just a short, enjoyable bicycle ride away. The beach is a very short walk. The beach is well kept and HUGE! The pool is very nice as well, just steps from the door.

Great stay at Mai Kai Resort, VA Beach

We had a great stay at Mai Kai Resort. Property very clean, enough space for four adults, great pool, and location convenient walk to beach. There is a busy road to cross to get to beach, but can walk a little further to cross at traffic light. Appreciated staying at quieter end of the beach away from the boardwalk action. Excellent communication with property manager. A bike ride away from First Landing state park. Would rent again.

Beat location ever!

This property is in the perfect location in Virginia Beach. Close enough to the action area but just far enough away for a nice, quiet setting. Huge bonus is the park just around the corner with beautiful bay side beaches and miles and miles of nice hiking trails. Nice to have private bathrooms for each bedroom. Although it was slightly chilly during our stay the girls still loved the pool. A great place to stay!

The house was perfectly located. Just across the road from the beach. Beach is really nice and not to crowded. Everything was there. The pool on the resort was a must. Clean and just behind the house. We would return for shure.

Anchor Reality is the place for me!!

WOWzee!!! Every amenity we asked for was granted!!! Nice beach house na nice neighborhood, my hubby & son thx u for r very own reserved parking spots (no driving around a parking garage), short walk to beach, family size outdoor pool just steps away from r back door, washer/dryer close by, excellent staff who answered r every whim, several times during the week, very professional!!! We had car concerns the morn we were leaving & needed to stay another nite!!! Anchor Realty came through with a GREAT rate for the nite! BIG shoutout of thx to Anchor Realty for setting us up the first time we tried a beach house instead of motels!!! Anchor Realty really let their 💡 shine!! We shall return God willing!!!

Nice place

Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware and dishes. Pool/common areas are very nice. Replacing a creaky bed in the master and installing in-condo laundry (there is a pay laundry on-site though near the common area) would be a nice touch. The unit is in a residential area and a perfectly short walk to the beach. That said, if your main interest is the boardwalk be prepared to drive and pay to park. If you’re going for the beach itself, and want to be a little away from the crowd, this place is nearly perfect. I will definitely consider it on a return trip.
