Welcome to A301, where you can enjoy spectacular sunrises over the ocean and beautiful sunsets over the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve from your own private balcony. This wonderful condo is perfect for both short and long-term stays on Sandbridge in Virginia Beach. While working or taking classes is an option here (WiFi included), we believe that any time spent by the ocean “Shore Beats Work!”

The living room features a large couch, a 65” TV, a desk, and abundant natural sunlight. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a Keurig machine for brewing a perfect cup of coffee to enjoy on the balcony each morning. With ample cookware and dishes for the whole family, it’s easy to whip up meals or mix evening drinks at the bar.

The main bedroom is a tranquil oasis with a king bed, a 42” TV, and a private bathroom, along with a cozy chair for reading in peace. Two walk-in closets provide plenty of space for your belongings. The second bedroom features another king bed, a 42” TV, ample storage, and a private entrance to the bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for another couple or children, equipped with a full-size bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, as well as its own TV.

Shore Beats Work offers plenty of space for the family to relax, study or work, and reconnect without worries, enjoying every convenience of home.
Your stay includes access to condo amenities with no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
