"It was very nice to have easy, free parking in this very busy area. Only 2 blocks to the beach & boardwalk. Very good location to get around Virginia Beach mertro area. Continental breakfast is good with fresh fruit and bagels but not expansive. Plenty of self serve tea & coffee options. Really liked our 2nd floor room with a large private bathroom. The outside porches with the rockers are outstanding."

"A one hour early check-in is usually doable by the staff in most instances, mainly during the week. Weekends gets harder as the hotel really fills up. All rooms are oceanfront with a great view right on the boardwalk. Room size is much better than most hotels. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and most helpful. A great place to stay when visiting Virginia Beach by yourself, with a loved one, or with your whole family."

"This was our second time staying there. Location is wonderful. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. And the price was unmatched. Make sure to bring plates, utensils and cups."

"Good breakfast. Valet is through your phone app make sure you ask for the car with ample time. It rained the whole time I was there did not use the pool. It is beach front which is a plus."

"We had children and they had a slide but you had to be 8 or older to use. Our 21/2 year old is a slide fan and threw a fit everytime we went by it. It would be nice to have something for the smaller children. The pool was not opened either which stunk! They should let you know when booking if the pool will be closed. One of the reasons we booked is for the pool! We won’t be repeat customers. The chip for a free drink was nice but you are limited to what you can order."

"This was such a nice hotel! We loved everything about it! We stayed on the 6th floor and the view was phenomenal, tho people say the view from the 10th floor was the best-we were absolutely happy where we were at. Beds were comfy, bathroom was stocked and really nice. We stayed here for four nights and could have been there longer. The beach near the hotel was also very beautifully maintained. Super happy!"

"The smell of marijuana was overwhelming! It states no cigarettes or smoking on the property yet when it was mentioned they said they sprayed. The smells of whatever they cleaned with was also overpowering."

"The staff was great very friendly, nice place to stay. Only issue I had was the bathroom shower the faucet was broken, and the room was very dusty. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with the cleaning. The bathroom lights and sink area were full of a thick amount of dust. Other than that it was a nice place to stay."

"Accessibility to the beach is a plus, we got the ocean view room and my kids loved it. Although we didn’t go to the pool i wish they would have maintained its cleanliness regularly."
