House was clean and the outdoor commons area was nice to comeback to after a day of hunting. Host were courteous and easy to communicate with.

It is our favorite getaway vacation! Relaxing, cozy, and we absolutely love the atmosphere. Little Oak never disappoints! If there was a 20 star rating we would give it!

We had a nice stay. The dishwasher certainly has its quirks. The hosts were great and it’s a great quiet spot to getaway. A good place to relax.
