"The property and all of the units are beautiful. The family apartment was literally a whole apartment with a giant kitchen, two rooms, two bathrooms, and a living room area on the top floor. It was actually more room than my friend and I needed but our stay came in the middle of a long trip and the separate spaces was appreciated.
They are in a great area, easily to get to from Ljubljana, our first day we went in to Vipava to visit some wineries, and our second day it was easy to pop across...

"Die Klimaanlage hat leider den letzten Tag nicht mehr funktioniert.
Das Appartement ist etwas hellhörig, jeder Schritt von darüber hörbar.
Die Touristtax hab ich leider 2x bezahlt in der Unterkunft hinterlegt wie schriftlich mitgeteilt wurde (und ich kenne es aus Italien auch genau so)
Dann wurde es nochmal über die Kreditkarte abgezogen."

"Lobby had two sets of stairs (5 steps each flight) which made it hard to get heavy luggage into the building. The lobby only had an attendant until around 1 pm. The elevator is very small. My wife and I had to make two trips to get our luggage upstairs. The apt was adequate with a separate bedroom, living room/kitchen. And bath."

"This was such a cute place and had a communal kitchen. The "Grey" room is lofted, so maybe not best for those that have trouble with stairs, but I loved it. I wish I had more time to spend in my room. Great shower too and Manuele was so nice! I had to show him my passport when I checked in and pay the tax, just a few euros. Not sure why it wasn't all included, but I had cash. Great place overall, be prepared for an uphill walk that's well worth it!"
