The staff were very friendly and let me borrow a bike as much as I liked. The room was clean and there was unlimited tea in the common area. One of the lights was broken, but there were more and the shower was great. Also, you're in the heart of Carlsberg Beer and the tour is fascinating glimpse into the history of Copenhagen. Hotel Design is sweet mix of modern and industrial old beer warehouse. Breakfast is a great buffet. On downside our room smelled of sewer gases...and some of the fixtures did not work. The rooms were bright and roomy, with comfy pillows and duvets and a good sized closet and small desk area. Plenty of plugs w/ USB outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was large and well-lit, with cushy towels, luxury bath products, and a nice big shower. However, there are some kinks to be worked out, as the property is still undergoing renovations.
